The closing process was also a breeze thanks to his coordination. Thank you Charles!

She is patient, helpful, and always willing to make sure things are taken care of. Having her really made a difference in us choosing this community as our home. I hope Ms. Elizabeth remains at this property because she brings light to others and is such a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for all of her help and kindness. He didn't have to act that fast, but that's just the kind of person he is--always on point, professional, and dependable. Allen truly deserves recognition for the hard work he consistently puts in. Speaking of recognition--I'd love to suggest that management consider creating a Yelp QR code for the property. Google only allows you to post one review, but Yelp lets you give credit where it's due more than once. That way, great team members like Allen can get the ongoing appreciation they deserve! Thank you again, Allen, for always showing up and handling things with such care and urgency!

The process took 2 months to find the right property and get it. Donya not only steered me in the right direction, she also gave me her opinion on the area and what property would be a good investment. She always gave me the opinion I needed not the one I wanted, which is good. She always listened carefully but also would act in my defense when she would catch inconsistencies in contracts, what's being told to me or things we would catch in property walk throughs. Donya is amazing and so nice. She's down to earth and easy to talk with. She knows the area well and will not steer you wrong. I wish I would have found her sooner. But we ended up finding the right property. Thank you Donya for the help. If you are reading this, you're in the right place and they will steer you correctly in the process. I've worked with many realtors all over the US, and let me tell you this place is it. I'm team Donya!

I lived at Legacy at Meridian for about a year and a half and recently moved out for a new job…read more Overall, my experience at Legacy at Meridian was positive. Lots of pros to living here: 1 - Tina and Monica were always very responsive, kind, and helpful. 2 - I absolutely loved that they brought food trucks every Wednesday in the summer. 3 - The pool was really nice and it was always well maintained. 4 - They threw a lovely holiday party each year with lots of food, alcohol, and a free photo booth. 5 - The gym and laundry room were never fully occupied. There was always plenty of space in the gym and lots of free machines in the laundry room on any day of the week. 6 - Very affordable. I paid between $820-$850 during my time here for a one-bedroom (715 sq ft) apartment in good condition. Something to note is that if you live far from the leasing office, laundry room, gym, and mail room, it can be a hassle to have to drive over every time you need one of those things. I was lucky enough to be in one of the 200 apartments, which was very close to all of that. One complaint I had was that I could always hear the people above me walking. It was usually really loud, but I think it was just because of the way the apartment was built. If I could do it all over again, I would just choose to live on the third floor. The area is quite safe and pretty quiet for the most part. It's also only 15 minutes from downtown Durham.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, you will find no one better than Tony Hall…read more Tony is very detailed oriented, honest, works for the client, is very responsive, and has a sense of humor. While interviewing real estate agents and even before we listed our home with Tony, he gave us a few tips. One being, that the front lamp post needed freshening and once we took a look, it most certainly did! Another was that the front door lock and handle should be replaced. That was something we noticed, but never did anything about. His suggestions on improving curb appeal were spot on. We travel a lot and while we were away, Tony kept a watchful eye on the property and even watered our indoor plants! Now how's that for service! Many thanks to Tony & Rachel, his delightful assistant, for making the selling process less stressful. Judy & Len
