What a difference that small detail makes. From then on I'm not going to tell you it wasn't without its stressful moments, but Chad was always there with the right sound and honest advice. When showing proof he refuse toAcknowledge or respond. Some of his practices should be reviewed by a higher Real estate authority. He tried selling our house without providing estimate sheets before closing and he wasn't successful with closing as his paperwork was questionable from Us and the buyer. Make sure to read contract thoroughly and Hire a lawyer before signing if this is your only choice. He also threatens many times throughout the contract his affiliations and ties with the police department, and Reale estate board and he dares someone to mess with him he will ensure to call in favors and he runs Clay County. He canceled contract after we questioned his charges and this is the best thing he did for us. This is based on my 20-month experience of working with PMIand it's owner.
