We requested a whole house post construction Cleaning Service for a crew of four for six hours…read more When they arrived, the crew went to work immediately and only took about 15 minutes for lunch. They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. The owner of the company, Richard, was pleasant to work with throughout and was always immediately responsive to all of my anxieties about whether they would show up and on time, etc., etc. . Everything went extremely smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having never used a cleaning service as I've always cleaned a home as I've moved out from rentals,…read moreI couldn't have been more unsatisfied with the lack of attention to detail. Jelena explained it would be $200 to clean the whole townhome, I trusted her to clean it as my wife and son closed on a new house far away from Jacksonville. I had a carpet cleaner come to the home after she had "cleaned" and he asked me on the phone "Did you have someone professionally clean this place?" I responded "Yes" and he sent me pictures along with my landlord. I confronted Jelena and she stated it would take hours more and what she called a Deep Clean. Which is true, we needed a big cleaning and when she arrived to give me a quote before starting cleaning services was "$200." If she expected it to be more for the home to be clean, she should have quoted me higher before starting services. I took her word value and quote seriously. I would not recommend her services again, in fact I'm requesting a refund.
