I ordered some Bo rounds and they had to make them, so it took a little longer. Even though I told them that was fine, they insisted on bringing me extra food when they delivered the rounds. Costumer service like this seems rare nowadays, especially at fast food restaurants. They were so sweet and professional. Keep up the good work, y'all! read more

The food is usually tasty but odds of them getting my order correct seem to be about 1/3 lately.

WORST Bojangles ever been to! Have given this location so many chances over the years in the hopes it might improve since so few food options in Pittsboro but today was the last time we darken their door. Chicken was horrible with this crazy thick hard coating so old you couldn't bite into or barely tear it, never seen anything like it. The garbage can smelled like it hadn't been changed in days with odor like something died in it. Can't understand why this one is so different than the many other great Bojangles but at a 93 health rating and baby roach crawling on wall last visit, we aren't going to risk our health or throw away our money here after throwing away almost entire inedible nasty meal last night. Corporate should really step in any do something about this location. read more

Great food, super fast service for a large group of 15+, ambience was good. Also very clean.

Placed 2 orders and both were missing drinks. When I got home I realized both were also missing sides. This is the second time in a row.

I placed an order on the app. When I went to pick up my order they did not have it ready and said their system didn't acknowledge it. Then I waited for my order for over 15minutes for the same employee to tell me that they had not made my order. The lady was rude, unprofessional, and did not apologize or continue with the effort to make my meal. I left without receiving my meal and found that Bojangles decided to still charge me for the order they did not make and I did not receive. Train your employees better on how to handle errors and mistakes with poise and class. Customer service is an attitude, and she needs an adjustment. read more

Fries were hot, food was tasty, order was accurate, service was prompt, patient and friendly. The dining room was clean and well-kept. I never use the drive through, but I can say the dining room experience was good read more

Unfortunately, there is not much good to say about my visit here. I went through the drive-thru and it started with the order taker explaining why he couldn't ring in my order. I told him how other stores had done it and we moved on from there. They needed a little more time to cook part of my order which I know happens quite a bit so I pulled up and out of the way. After some time and at least 6-7 cars picked up their order. I went inside and the item I was waiting on was sitting in the warmer with my order lost in the shuffle at the window. I asked about my order and the manager came from the back. She ordered one of the workers to grab the item I was waiting on and slung the bag on the counter without apology and acted as if I bothered her. I checked before I left and was missing something. I asked about it and both the manager and cashier questioned me so I showed them the receipt. Another bag was slung at me without apology. I do not agree that the customer is always right but we do pay for goods and a certain level of service. It was very clean and most of my order was right when I got home (wrong biscuit) but unfortunately won't be returning. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They never give you hot fries that taste good; their either really hard with no seasoning or cold with too much seasoning. If you double back and ask for fresh fries it's a problem. Sometimes the managers attitude is worse than the employees. and it suck's because I love Bojangles, but I'd rather go to the one in Sanford or siler city. Both stores crews are way better in my opinion ‍ read more

It really just seems as if no matter how many chances I give them, they can't get it right. From missing order items to missing sauces! I don't know why they even ask what you want at the drive thru, because you WILL NOT be getting what you ordered. Two times in a row this has happened. Can't get money back. They can't get it right. It really is sad. read more

This place never ceases to amaze me! We quit going there after the fifth consecutive time that they didn't have wings. I only started going back after they began serving biscuits all day. Now, I have gone two consecutively weeks and they didn't have ham, bacon or steak so I called three more weeks in a row and they still don't have them! In addition, the rude girl ( being nice) hung up on me while I was still talking! Somebody needs to manage this place or close the doors! read more

I noticed other reviews for this Bojangles and evidently Bojangles took those poor reviews seriously because we had a great experience! The staff, especially the manager running breakfast on Thursday June 22,2023, went above and beyond! Yes I was order was unfortunately messed up but the way the lady manager handled the situation was professional and respectful. Great job! We will be back! read more

I bought the 12 pice tailgate and paid for an extra side of large fries and when I got to the job site I had no fries and no plates and utensils. They were also giving me one ranch for a 12 pice tail gate, I had to argued to get one more. Black girls with bad attitude at the front, last time we get lunch here. read more

Bojangles - a box of boo time donuts - Fast Food Near Me - Pittsboro, North Carolina

This is a terrible Bojangles. They're rude and unhelpful inside and at the drive thru. You won't get a receipt , straw or napkins. The soda is often lacking syrup. This franchise needs to be whipped into shape, I think they're cutting a lot of corners read more

Do NOT go here. It was absolutely filthy when we visited several months ago. Complained and got a $20 gift card. We reluctantly used it and sure enough, my husband got food poisoning. 'nuf said. read more

the food was good but the experience and customer service was horrible! we ordered 6 classic Bo sandwiches just as they were. Yet this was the most basic thing on the menu they lost our order and made us pull out of the drive thru. After 15 minutes of waiting we went in to ask if they were getting made and they were barely halfway through the order. We then asked for some sauces. I was with my 2 teenagers and their friends and asked for 4 sauces. The employee told me that i got ONE sauce per order even though i had 6 sandwiches. he said since we already paid we could not purchase the extras by themselves . I then proceeded to say that i thought we should get the sauces for free because at this point we had been waiting for twenty minutes. He then told me that was not how it worked and i had to purchase a separate order and he STILL said it was a limit of two sauces. i will absolutely NEVER return to this Bojangles!! read more

Phone # on App doesn't work. Operating hours are wrong, close at 9pm? Untrained people. Forgot FF on drive thru, charged me for water on drive thru. Very unmanaged crowd working. Oh I almost forgot, drove 9 miles to reach location and they were out of chicken! Things are really bad here, not recommended. read more

Even though the signage indicate closing at 10:00, they close at 9:00... wouldn't be too difficult to actually post accurate hours. Maybe turn off the lights at the drive through speaker? read more

the worst bojangles you will ever go to, you wait in line for 30 minutes and you can't even get your straw or sauce. do not go to this place

20 mins and counting still haven't got my order. There are fewer than 10 customers here. Unless you have time to waste don't bother

Food was great, hot, and fresh, customer service was amazing even though they were out of steak. They apologized and told us we could pick something else or be reimbursed. We just got chicken instead and were on our way. They felt bad, but they were so kind about the whole thing. We ended up loving the chicken and will be back! :) read more

Why did I do it? Why, why, why? I don't like Bojangle's but I was in a hurry to get to the front of the high school pick up line. I ordered the 4 piece supreme chicken box. It was supremely yuck! My chicken was rubbery and chewy. The biscuit was flay instead of fluffy and my pink lemonade has a funky after taste. It was $6 bucks that would have been better spent elsewhere. The service was quick - probably because the food has been waiting there for 2 hours waiting my arrival. To make matters worse I still ended up in the middle of the pick up line. Ugh! I guess this born and bred northern girl can't adapt to these southern fast food chains. read more

Unbelievably slow for breakfast just to get in an order at the counter. I've never experienced a Bojangles like it, and I've visited many.

Very rude staff. Would not recommend to anyone. Get your chicken elsewhere! And what kind of idiot has a bojangles that's only open until 10 pm??? read more

Worst fries ever. Burnt and loaded with seasoning far too much. I asked for fresh fries and there was no one in line they still threw soggy nasty fries in there. Took 10 minutes for them to take my card from the drivethru window and she didn't even say hi or have a smile just snatched my card then I asked for honey mustard and she slammed the window and said "uggghh" not even saying yes or anything else. Then handed my bag to me and shut the window again saying nothing. I've been here 3 times and have never had one good experience RUDE a** people work here! read more

wow! home football game at UNC, you would think this place would be prepared with chicken a few hours before the game. only one other person in line in front of us and we waited 27 minutes for our 20 piece tailgate box. to make matters worse, the people working there were extremely inefficient and apathetic. no apology even for the extreme wait. factor in a ridiculous wait if you are wanting to head to your tailgate with Bojangles chicken. read more
