Placed 2 orders and both were missing drinks. When I got home I realized both were also missing sides. This is the second time in a row.

I placed an order on the app. When I went to pick up my order they did not have it ready and said their system didn't acknowledge it. Then I waited for my order for over 15minutes for the same employee to tell me that they had not made my order. The lady was rude, unprofessional, and did not apologize or continue with the effort to make my meal. I left without receiving my meal and found that Bojangles decided to still charge me for the order they did not make and I did not receive. Train your employees better on how to handle errors and mistakes with poise and class. Customer service is an attitude, and she needs an adjustment. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They never give you hot fries that taste good; their either really hard with no seasoning or cold with too much seasoning. If you double back and ask for fresh fries it's a problem. Sometimes the managers attitude is worse than the employees. and it suck's because I love Bojangles, but I'd rather go to the one in Sanford or siler city. Unfortunately, there is not much good to say about my visit here. I went through the drive-thru and it started with the order taker explaining why he couldn't ring in my order. I told him how other stores had done it and we moved on from there. They needed a little more time to cook part of my order which I know happens quite a bit so I pulled up and out of the way. After some time and at least 6-7 cars picked up their order. I went inside and the item I was waiting on was sitting in the warmer with my order lost in the shuffle at the window. I asked about my order and the manager came from the back. She ordered one of the workers to grab the item I was waiting on and slung the bag on the counter without apology and acted as if I bothered her. I checked before I left and was missing something. I asked about it and both the manager and cashier questioned me so I showed them the receipt. Another bag was slung at me without apology. I do not agree that the customer is always right but we do pay for goods and a certain level of service. This place never ceases to amaze me! We quit going there after the fifth consecutive time that they didn't have wings. I only started going back after they began serving biscuits all day. Now, I have gone two consecutively weeks and they didn't have ham, bacon or steak so I called three more weeks in a row and they still don't have them! The staff, especially the manager running breakfast on Thursday June 22,2023, went above and beyond! the food was good but the experience and customer service was horrible! we ordered 6 classic Bo sandwiches just as they were. Yet this was the most basic thing on the menu they lost our order and made us pull out of the drive thru. After 15 minutes of waiting we went in to ask if they were getting made and they were barely halfway through the order. We then asked for some sauces. I was with my 2 teenagers and their friends and asked for 4 sauces. The employee told me that i got ONE sauce per order even though i had 6 sandwiches. he said since we already paid we could not purchase the extras by themselves . I then proceeded to say that i thought we should get the sauces for free because at this point we had been waiting for twenty minutes. Food was great, hot, and fresh, customer service was amazing even though they were out of steak. They apologized and told us we could pick something else or be reimbursed. Why did I do it? Why, why, why? I don't like Bojangle's but I was in a hurry to get to the front of the high school pick up line. I ordered the 4 piece supreme chicken box. It was supremely yuck! My chicken was rubbery and chewy. The biscuit was flay instead of fluffy and my pink lemonade has a funky after taste. It was $6 bucks that would have been better spent elsewhere. The service was quick - probably because the food has been waiting there for 2 hours waiting my arrival. To make matters worse I still ended up in the middle of the pick up line. Ugh! Worst fries ever. Burnt and loaded with seasoning far too much. I asked for fresh fries and there was no one in line they still threw soggy nasty fries in there.
