I honestly don't know why I keep going back to this place, maybe because it's one of the few restaurants in my small town on Palmetto GA. I can assure you that I will never be a customer there again though, lesson learned. At my last visit I waited 10 mins just to get to the speaker to order, the line was not moving at all. When I got to the window and ordered and paid for my order I was told the chicken would be done in 15 mins, I agreed to wait. I waited an additional 30 mins for my order, then in a rush to get home to do dinner after waiting for 30 mins when I got home and opened the box I got 8 pcs of chicken instead of the 12 that I paid for, 4 biscuits instead of 6, hard stale fries and no iced tea. I don't know if the employees are running some scam at this location to overcharge and then give you less because I reiterated to them TWICE that my order was the 12 pc family meal. Maybe it was an innocent mistake and their workers just can't count, or maybe it was intentional, I won't know, and I don't plan on going back, because this is not the first bad experience I've had at this restaurant, apart from the apathetic attitude of the staff, the wait times in the drive through is ridiculous and I don't like being cheated, if I order something then I expect to get exactly what I paid for. The managers or area supervisors need to take a closer look at this location and terminate or retrain as they see fit. I've contacted the corporate office, waiting to see if I will get a response. UPDATE: A member of management promptly returned my call today. She offered to rectify this unfortunate situation, so I have decided to take the review from 1 star to 2 stars because of the prompt attention and resolution of customer concerns and the managers commitment to ensuring that things are going to be improved at that location. read more

I couldn't even order my food because the lady had so much of a bad attitude over the mic while trying to place my order I had to drive off because I wouldn't want anyone that was talking to me in the way she did preparing my food. read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 leg & thigh meals thinking that the were the leg & thigh special meals for $5.99. I get to the window and the cashier Jania had a completely bad attitude. I confirmed my order and let her know that I wanted 3 of the 5.99 specials and she slightly closed the window. She proceeded to talk with her manager about how irritated she was with me because she asked for the manager and this man looked at me and kept doing what he was doing like I didn't ask to speak to him. He finally came to the window and looked at me with a blank stare. I proceeded to explain the situation and the girl start talking crazy so I started talking crazy back and he slammed the window shut. They were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

This is the worst Bojangles that l know of. The food is good but the service is terrible. I was charged $ 10 for two steak biscuits last week. No receipt. One steak biscuit today was $ 3.73 at another location. They have been out of steak, sides and even chicken one time. You may pull up to the drive through and nobody will acknowledge you. You have about a 50% chance getting the food you came for. I don't see how they make any money. If their employee will steal $2.50 from me,there's no telling how much they're stealing from them. read more

Came through the drive thru spoke loud as fuck, whole time dude was talking to another customer. Drove around told him I want 2 orders of the 4 tenders combo and had to repeat it 3 times. Then he asked me again what was the second order, how you forget that quick. Yall acting like taking an order is hard when i am the only customer in the drive thru and nobody else is inside. Got my meal and I thought I ordered 2 of the 4 tender combos but instead I got a 4 piece nuggets. Didn't know they sell chicken nuggets I'm a grown ass man wtf am i gonna do with 4 nuggets and another thing how you fuck up mac n cheese. First and last time going to bojangles. read more

Great management team, the manager Micheal really set the bar for outstanding customer service, i ordered two number 10's and Micheal insured that they were an amazing eating experience... highly recommend stopping if you see that tan truck outside! read more

This place is terrible! Night shift is so very unprofessional. Good luck getting a full meal after 6pm. If they don't have chicken they don't have sides. Multiple times i have went to this location and was told there isn't any chicken or sides or both.. HOW?? That's literally all you sell. Shut it down cause this ain't it read more

I use to get bojangles every shift I worked. Now that they've raised the prices they can kiss mine. Won't get my Buisness again until y'all get some sensible pricing. read more

The rudest people I have ever encountered. They became frustrated w me bc I asked if I could have home style chicken. I guess they forgot they have a job bc the customer CHOOSES to come here. I can go to the one across town they just built and if everyone did then this location will have to close. No revenue equals no business equals no job. FYI your customers equate to your livelihood. Lesson learned. I'll spend a few extra bucks in gas and none of this location moving forward. read more

They slow as fuck want you waiting and waiting and waiting don't wanna upgrade nothing why are you sitting out here in the heat wait for them to take your order read more

Absolutely the worst service! Inside is closed and drive-thru is painfully slow. In addition, the orders are often incorrect. Inexcusable! read more

I don't think i've ever been to this Bojangles and they ever get my order right. Every time i get my food i can expect to take it back because i can see the staff in the back and they clearly don't care about anything, they're too busy goofing off. Last time i took my food back, and when i finally got the correct order, the biscuit had a hair in it! The one on 74 is much better, i'll be taking my business to that one instead from now on. read more

I keep torturing myself by going to this location because of how close it is but that's going to stop! Every time I go, there is an issue. We don't have white meat. We don't have wings. 15 minute wait on your order. Order is incorrect. Almost every single time! I'm aware of Covid challenges. I'm not an impatient person nor am I a complainer but there is a level of service you expect and this Bojangles is not even close. I won't waste my time at this location again. It needs a complete overhaul! read more

22 minutes to make 4 chicken sandwiches. It doesn't take that long to cook the chicken. Service is awful.

Fried chicken and biscuits? I'm game, especially for the biscuits. Bojangles is a fast food chain similar to Popeyes, but with less Cajun flavoring. We used to have these in NYC but they departed in the late 80's. When I discovered there were a few in the metro area recently I was so excited. If you like a good piece of fried chicken with a biscuit visit Bojangles located in Norcross, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Acworth and Covington. read more

Anytime I come to GA I have to get a spicy chicken biscuit with seasoned fries with sweet tea.

They are slow with their orders and wrong most of the time. I don't really think they know their chicken pieces apart! The sides cups were half full! Will not go back to that one ever! This last time I would have took the food back but I live in Newnan. If I owned this one i would sell it to avoid this master of problems! In my 66 years I have never wrote a review before! read more

I'm not a mean person at all but this is the truth about this location. 1. They don't have enough people working the evening shift so they are incredibly slow. 2. To couple that speed they have some girl that works the evening shift that has an attitude problem for idk what reason. We sat at the window and waited for 20 mins while other folks in line left. And got our drinks no straws. Ordered supremes got homestyle tenders I asked the girl three times (bc she couldn't hear me the first two times) for extra ranch, she gave me less ranch than what regularly comes in the supremes meal.. and we got two orders. I have to say that the food was hot when it came out so that was a plus, but the wait coupled w the rudeness and the fact that we paying full price to get something less than after asking for more is just enough to say don't waste your time here. ‍ I mean not a napkin not nothing. This ain't even my order lol. read more

Looking for a quick breakfast bite near Palmetto, looked like Waffle Hse, McD's, or Bojangles, so Boj it was. Only 1 other person in line and 2 cashiers, so ordered immediately. Got a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit with potato cakes and coffee. Inexpensive at $3.99. Food was on the tray by the time I dispensed my own coffee, so this place is fast. Dining area was clean, also. Solid 4 stars on the food, biscuit was flavorful and hot, potato cakes were like huge tater tots, but were good, and coffee was fine. Could have gone to 4.5 stars, but couldn't round up to 5. read more

I just got home from this store....the service was terrible. I went through the drive thru for a chicken tender combo and was told pull up and wait because the french fries were still cooking. 10 minutes later I was still waiting and others at the drive thru were getting their food and leaving. Finally, sent my granddaughter in to get order...I finally went in myself after waiting another several minutes. The manager kind of laughed when I stated my complaint to her about the unreasonable wait and said there was nothing she could do about that. The demeanor and attitude of this manager made it clear to me about why the service was so bad. My granddaughter will have to get her chicken tenders from the Dairy Queen that is next door from now on. read more

Service is horrible and management doesn't care. Been here 4 times now and this is the worst bojangles ever. The franchise should be surrendered. I will let corporate know to take a surprise visit at this location. read more

Service at this location and absolutely no one cares. If you complain the management will call you and try to deny everything. They may offer an apology to appease you, but ultimately nothing changes. Also, for some reason they don't give customers receipts unless you ask. Quite possibly the worst service ever. Been coming here since it opened and have watched this place go down hill ever since. I can't count how many times I've waited over 30 minutes for "fast" food or received the wrong order. Called corporate and they were kind enough to send me a $5 gift for my troubles which I sat in line for 35 minutes when I attempted to use that. If you're adventurous and want to receive food that is completely different than what you ordered or like wasting time waiting on food, I highly recommend this place read more

We waited 30 minutes for food, it was so terrible when they gave it to us we asked for a refund. STAY AWAY.

The worst, most horrible service in the history of fast food. The most incompetent, uncaring group of employees ever assembled in one place, EVER!!! Believe me, if you see a decent review of this store here, someone has been paid off.Ever since this store left private ownership and became a corporate store, it has just been atrocious. But after trying to lodge a complaint with their office, I can see why. Please, save yourself grief and stay as far away from this place as you can!!! read more

Time and time again this particular location has shown just how terrible they are. Wait times in this "fast food" drive thru range anywhere from 15-30 min! This morning, after not going for several weeks, I decided to go through the drive thru to get breakfast. I was the second person in line to get to the speaker to order and sat there for a good 10 min before deciding to leave the line. At the same time I got out of the line so did the car in front of me. It is absolutely ridiculous that the workers of this restaurant can't handle more than 1 car coming through their line, not to mention it is the EXACT same way on the inside. If you want food before you have to be at work, you can count this location out or you will be late. I have had this happen at this location more times than I can count and have heard the same from numerous people. I will no longer be giving them my business. read more
