    Whopper with extra hair....I guess..
    Daron B.

Oh lord. Took a big bite outta my Whopper just to see a long strand of hair. Ughhhh.....

Plenty of employees. Not enough work.
    Adam S.

Unfortunately for it being a new Palmetto restaurant these "workers" are just as lazy as as many others at fast food restaurants. Google says they're open till 10pm, the door says 9pm and it's currently 8:30pm and both doors as well as the drive thru was closed.

Friends were meeting here and I was intrigued. Interesting reviews and pictures…read more So decided to get there early and was not disappointed, except for one thing and it was kind of understandable. What I loved... The cute and engaging decor, very bright and colorful. I found a new favorite donut with their gluten-free red velvet. Moist and delicious Their signature dish of the egg on top of the hash browns was yum. Yum. The chunks of potatoes are crispy and the eggs were cooked just right. There was enough hash browns there that I saved some and cooked more eggs the next day at home Although my husband didn't like his scrambled eggs because he says they were as flat and not fluffy. And they were not very busy when we arrived and had additional staff come in as their peak hour approached around 9:00. The gal that was doing it all had to stop and make coffee and I think she rushed it a little bit because it wasn't hot and it was bitter... She gladly warmed it up for me and when she topped it off it wasn't as bitter

It had peppers, onions, jalapeños & some crack sauce. All the flavors, spices & crack sauce just mixed all well together. The crack sauce is mato based. Customer service was good as the cashier answered most of my questions. I would definitely visit HERO again 4

You order at the bar, they give you a number to put on your table and try to find you. When it's busy, the servers walk around multiple times and get so frustrated because they can't find the correct tables. And no one busses the tables because it's SO BUSY & not enough staff. FOOD (3/5): Out of all the places at Trilith Live, this is one of the better places to go, excluding ENZO (which is fine dining), this is a bar. The wings have been consistently good. I think their food is hit or miss. $12 KUNG PAO BRUSSELS SPROUTS: this was SO OILY! I could only eat a few bites before stopping. $17 CAESAR SALAD +ADD GRILLED CHICKEN: it's mixed with kale, which I loved! It was good. $13 THE J ARTHUR BURGER: this was good, but messy! We came here with friends prior to a movie over at the new Trilith Cinema. It was a beautiful day with cool weather and a breeze, and the rooftop was open and it was a complete delight. They have an odd way of doing their service on the rooftop, in that everything is ordered from the bar, then delivered. They give you a number and then they bring it to you. Why don't you get the hang of it? It's not a problem and it probably makes sense when it's much busier, as I'm sure it is later in the night. They do have a wine list but it's not published on any QR code or menu, which actually doesn't matter when you got to go to the bar to order it. Anyway you just ask. They have different beers at the rooftop than down on the main floor, A few common faves but all of the Craft beers are unique to the rooftop. They also have a limited selection of the menu, mostly burgers, couple salads and some appetizers. Took a lot of pictures... Some feedback. The burgers looked awesome. I loved my falafel Burger. The deal that they got with a beer included with Burger and a side for $18 was a winner. The brussel sprouts are straight up, roasted and lightly seasoned. In both counts, the garden salad is too doused with the oil so the lettuce is limp. Drinks are made appropriately. And we will likely be back.

The pork chops and country fried steak were also big hits. The corn bread was not exceptional but still very good. Not everything stood out as great but certainly nothing we had stood out as bad. This time there were no complaints. Great place.

It's always sad to me when this happens, because in my opinion having great food is the hard part. Seeing them excel in that but fail the easy stuff is hard :( What they struck out on: - host and hostess chatting when we walked up, they seemed to be complaining about something. We didn't receive any smiles. Didn't feel like they wanted to be there. Yes I understand it's a job, but warm welcomes are important and they are the first impression for a customer when they walk in. - It was 80 degrees and dreadfully humid outside since it had been raining. They had the doors open and I didn't see or feel any fans or air conditioning running. I saw a patron using a hand fan while we ate. - Since there was no air conditioning running, all the steam from the dishwashing and cooking in the kitchen came out to the dining area and lingered in the air the entire time we ate. We thought it was smoke at first but it didn't have a smell, when we walked out to leave I felt the steam leaving the kitchen area - Unbearably loud. I'm not sure why the acoustics are so bad but there is just nothing absorbing any noise. All the ruckus just echoes. Pretty sure this was mainly due to the tables being somewhat close together and the chairs having no sound buffers. It was suuuper loud when people got up to leave and when bussers were cleaning the tables. - Out of the fried green tomatoes which we were excited to order. - I ran out of water while eating. My drink didn't get filled until maybe 10-15 mins later. - Our waitress was running around, very busy. We didn't get checked on that much. It wasn't her fault. She was very courteous and was working hard. They seemed to not have enough staff on hand. - The napkins shed everywhere? When I opened my napkin a cloud of lint came up from it. It was all over my black shorts when we left. - Ends of the tables were all scratched up. - Decor is a bit of a hodgepodge. Having fake candles at each table for a place that gives southern farmhouse is an interesting choice. - The pimento cheese plate came with only 5 mini pieces of toast. We had to ask for more which was an upcharge. There's no way all the pimento cheese could be eaten on 5 pieces. Their home runs: - The food was amazing. I really liked the steak frites. I ordered the steak medium. It was nice and tender. The fries were seasoned and crispy. The chimichurri sauce was great. My friend and I both liked the pimento cheese and the bread that it came with. We weren't crazy about the house pickles. My friend loved her caesar salad. - The prices are great. Super affordable for high quality food. - Menu is expansive. - We had no wait to be seated. - No trouble parking. Location is convenient. As you can see, the list of cons is very very long. It was truly an odd thing to experience, since the place had such great food. I'm thinking the Curious Pig needs a restaurant management consultant or something? We might try this place again sometime later. We'll see.

And focus on the main event Soup was so thick it was almost disgusting Greek salad dressing was bad oil The creativity:/inspiration for the sautéed onions for the liver was poorly executed with some unknown inclusion Prime rib came fully vested with a wilted, useless, garnish, with the meat fully surrounded by capped plastic condiment of horseradish, au jus and sour cream. Accompanied by two tubes of airline quality, sour cream, and two nicely plastic containers of officially whipped butter. Uncertain of what was on top of the meat was something lacy and crusty totally unrelated to the meat, reminiscent dirty pans. After asking the waiter for his opinion for asking the kitchen to explain what this accessory was, it was dismissed and nothing important needing no further explanation in his opinion. In my opinion I was blown off . We've been here before, we've like delivering onions before. Frankly, no pun I don't think we'll be back. Humbly stated for a $95 tab. We would've been better going to the roadhouse with more cheerful and probably better Service and significantly better quality with probably half the price.. (and half the plastic) I debated the tip and reluctantly gave my 15%
