I was hesitant at first to get chicken mid afternoon became the BJs close to my house serves up old yucky chicken. I don't even go there unless it's lunch rush. I'm glad I stopped here. Service was fast, the girl working drive through was lovely (colorful!!) and the chicken is !! the biscuit was hot, fresh ands fluffy. Best bojangles meal I've had in some time. I wish I lived closer to this one but then I'd probably be a real fatty because I love this chicken!!! read more

Garbage. I stopped By to grab a couple Of biscuits. Where to start. The service ? Terrible. Communication with the employees, awful. The end product was pathetic. I understand it's fast food but this is the south and as such show some pride in what you do. The biscuits were flat and inseparable. We pay good money for this and get terrible food in exchange. ( Only for Athens Lexington Hwy Bojangles ) Terrible experience every time . We all finally stopped going there. It's kinda the talk between ppl to stay away from this one. Nasty place & in very dirty Also dirty as in cook picking up dirty things with hands off floor & back to grill to make food - no hand washing & no changing gloves. Biscuits are never good , or some other foods are nothing like other Bojangles. I've had one cook to come & open the window & yelled something at us , don't know what that was about , very scary at that moment indeed he looked high maybe ? already paid but drove off with out any food . We just wanted out of there . ... Food a zero & service & ambiance. On occasions would get a polite lady at window !!! read more

Today, March 16, 2023 we stopped for lunch. My chicken sandwich was raw inside. I brought it to one of the employees attention. They acted like it was cooked. They gave us a refund, but refused to give us a refund receipt. My husband asked for a manager. Apparently there was no manager. The employee said he had no name. One of the employees proceeded to start cussing at us. We left my husband's food on the table and left. Two employees followed us outside and then proceeded to tell at us to come back inside and clean off our table. The other employee went around our truck and photographed our license plate. We proceeded to leave and as we went around the building the employee who took a photo of our license plate threw a drink at our truck. Yep, stickiness all over the truck. OMG Could not eat here. I had to pee so I went into the Ladies restroom first. No toilet paper in either stall-no paper towels-and No soap. The soap dispenser was broken in half with the front of it laying in the floor. I had just watched a female employee exit the restroom. She could not have washed her hands with soap in this restroom. She might have used a sink in the food preparation area but no way to know that. Therefore I could NOT eat here. read more

Very negative experience with the employees at this establishment. I just couldn't believe their ineptness and inability to get a order correct even after I was very clear when I asked about what was in the large suitcase box I was given. Yeah... it's in there... yeah we put that in there.... yeah its right. Spoiler alert- NO IT WASN'T. All I wanted was a surprise pick me up for elderly parents for their lunch. Here's a surprise-- turn around and drive all the way back to get the correct items I did order and pay for during the first visit. And, oddly, they were willing to admit that the order was correct but they forgot these two items and hurled them at me when I returned to the window. Hmmmm... that doesn't sound like correct to me... I was trying to remain calm while sharing my frustration but I could feel myself creeping closer and closer to starring on a viral video entitled "Karen Loses it Over Forgotten Mac and Cheese and Sugar in the Tea at Bojangles", so I drove away and then called the store. The manager assured me that I did get the correct order because the manager who packed the box told me she out everything in there before she clocked out for the day. My favorite part of that cover your a$$ story is that Bojangles has a policy that dictates managers go over each order of the day during a transition time when the shift change happens. On 10/17/23 we called in our order for the 10 piece meal and was told it would be ready in 23 minutes. When my nephew went to pick our order up he was told they had no chicken ready and no sides ready and it would take 30 minutes. he ordered extra gravy and was told they did not have the sausage gravy so they gave us the gravy minus the sausage. We like Bojangles better then the other chicken places near us but the last few times we had to check to make sure they gave us the right things and had to get our order straightened out. This food tastes like a heartache, the service was terrible and the workers were very rude and kept saying things such as "they're just gonna have to eat this and if they have a problem then they need to take it up with me". The wait for the food was way to long for how the food tasted. The manager and other workers were shouting across the store and ruining the ambiance. I wish I could rate this lower than a 1 but I can't I pray this gets shutdown. read more

I waited 45 minutes on 4 tenders and a chicken sandwich. Around the 20 minute mark they sent me to a parking spot to wait on my food (even longer) as i watch a couple workers walk out to the parking lot and proceed to goof off and play with airsoft guns. When they actually brought me my food it was nothing that I had ordered. 2 Cajun filet biscuits with well over 20 tenders. 100% would not recommend this location to anyone. lazy bastards read more

The people that work here are the rudest employees at any fast food place i have seen. There was 4people in line in front of me and like 10 people behind me inside. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one that worked there even acknowledged that we were there. Couple of them were leanin against the counter talkin to a guy. And the customer even said to them r yall gona take there order. I went today with my grandmother for lunch. They had great customer service but the food was dry. The chicken was cold and dry the Mac and cheese was also dry. I mentioned ordering a small fry and she gave me them for free which was nice but those were also cold. My grandmothers food was cold as well...please serve fresh hot food No one wants to eat cold food. read more
