Their communication was well above average, giving me updates through the process and delivery. It reinforces the soft power of a local business for a reasonable fee, I was able to deliver a live plant hundreds of miles away at a time that worked well and with a personal touch. It's hard to put a value on this kind of thoughtful service. I've updated my contacts for future use when I need something floral in Clover.
