As we inched through the line we saw what appeared to be 4 or 5 "flowers" stuffed in a fish bowl with half-dead baby's breath. We all were looking back and forth at each other thinking that can't be ours in horror. Upon closer inspection, it was our "flower". I thought it was in a cracked glass vase but when we looked closely we realized it wasn't cracked just dirty. My boss was so upset at the quality of the product. As soon as we returned to the office she called the florist thinking maybe they had dropped the arrangement. The owner informed her that she had delivered the item herself and they were perfect. We offered to send her a photo of them, but she said there was no need and then made it very clear that no refund of any kind would be issued. Mind you these flowers were over $100.00. I urge you to reconsider ordering anything from this florist if you care anything at all about the person you are sending them to.
