My husband and I initially decided that we didn't want to do engagement photos; however, after meeting with Emily and Justin (who felt instantly like friends) we found that doing an engagement session would be super beneficial. Our engagement session was included in the wedding package and definitely gave us a feeling of what to expect come the wedding day AND get to know each others personalities. Come the wedding day, Emily and Justin were very organized, on time, and listened to every request we had as far as what photos we really wanted to have. They helped ease the nerves and really captured every moment perfectly from the first look, to the cake cutting. We absolutely LOVE every single picture from our wedding. Chaffin Cade exceeded our expectations and we would (and have) recommend them for your wedding! We opted in for the package that includes the wedding album and it came out absolutely perfect. My fiancee loved their photos (viewable on their website), and after a quick interview with them, we instantly booked them. Wedding photography can be pricey, but their photos were great and, when we booked them, they charged half the price of people whose photos weren't even any better. For our engagement photo shoot, we headed out to Santa Monica Pier, where my fiancee and I shared many memories. It's a crowded place, and the day was crowded, too, but the photos came out beautifully. There was a great variety of shots, from the pier itself, to us in a lively pier, and shots where we the only people in the world, a feat hard to pull off on a busy Saturday. The photos are very important to me as they were taken for the reason that a family member was dying and they have now passed. I would really like to purchase them. Foto Cabana was a HUGE hit at my wedding on May 5th! I have absolutely no idea how anyone could…read moregive a two star review for being "cut out" of a picture when there were 10 people crammed in the booth. Please take you insecurities and vent somewhere else. These pictures are meant to be silly and fun. If you want a formal portrait go to a photo studio. Some people just lack common since. I purchased a deal from Living Social and I could not be more pleased with the service and results. Brent and his team went out of their way to be accommodating (they even set up two hours ahead of time with no additional fee so that my guests wouldn't see them setting-up during cocktail hour). Our friends and family all raved that the photo booth was one of the highlights of the wedding. The staff was so friendly and professional. They even made sure to track down my husband and me towards the end of the evening to remind us to get in the photo booth. They provided us with props, unlimited pictures, a scrapbook and a digital CD of all the images. The scrapbook was such an added bonus! I would also recommend using an actual photo booth over any other type of set-up. The booth is just large enough so that you can squeeze 8 or 9 people in for a hilarious picture. Overall, if you choose to use Foto Cabana you will not be disappointed!!!

I was born the middle child, so naturally, I'm prone to have some redheaded stepchild issues with…read moremy family...I'm always the last to be told everything, always pushed to the sidelines so that my older and younger siblings can shine, people "forgetting" to invite me to things, etc, etc. With that said, it's safe to say that I really don't need these issues to rear it's ugly head in my non-family life too...but alas, Foto Cabina was able to do just that - exploiting my insecurities... I recently went to a friend's wedding, where Foto Cabina was providing their photobooth services. Since this wedding was practically a mini high school reunion, we all were buzzing around that booth, trying to get as many little photo momentos as we could. We swarmed the booth and raided their props area like the FBI on that Megaupload dude's house! My middle child insecurities began to flare up when I was invited to take a group pic with 3 other friends and one of their babies. I was super excited when asked to join the pic bcs when you're the forgotten middle child, being invited to something or to be remembered at all just means that much more to you than it probably would to the average person. We all got fancied up with the props provided and hopped into the booth, taking some pretty darn precious pics...or so we thought! When we came out of the booth, and they handed us the pics, we all had our best WTF faces on. Inside the booth, the monitor showed us all fitting into frame perfectly. However, when we got the pics, it looked as though I was never in the booth to begin with! Some friends on the opposite side of the pics were also cut off completely. Correct me if I'm mistaken but shouldn't the photo display show you what the picture will look like and not a before pic of what your pic looked like before they decided to chop you out of the pic? If we had known some ppl were going to be cut off, we would've tried harder to squeeze in the frame (if that were even possible) and have everyone sitting tighter on each other's laps. After a few more pics with other friends, it was clear that 10 people fitting into the booth was quite the exaggeration, unless by people, they meant VS models or little Vietnamese coffee shop girls. The biggest group of clowns we managed to shove into that clown car was 6, and even then, not everyone was able to get into the pic :( They say their booths are the widest in the industry and allows up to 10 people, but it's one thing to be able to fit a bunch of people in a booth, and it's another to actually be able to capture all those ppl in the pic. With that said, I was brought to a sad and depressing place by this booth. These pics are supposed to bring joy to the guest, but all this did was bring up some deep rooted insecurities for me. I've already been cut out of enough things in my life...I don't need to be cut out of group photos too! Note to potential renters of Foto Cabina booths, make sure you have them instruct your guests on the best places to look and stand before taking a photo. Otherwise, you'll have some disgruntled guest like me when they find out they were cut out of the cute group pic you guys all took together :( **Seriously, I wasn't THAT depressed...but come on! I have quite a cute mug, so who wouldn't be upset that I was cut out of their pic? ;p **

King has gone above and beyond throughout the whole year including photoshoots before the wedding and the wedding itself. King is amazing at communicating, actively checking in on us and asking us key questions for photo planning and prep and responding quickly any time we have any questions on our own. He is extremely flexible and does the best he can to accommodate our schedule and limitations when it comes to planning meetups/discussions and photoshoots. He thinks of many great ideas to take photos and is flexible with time. Along with a great engagement photo and holiday photo session, King was also amazing on the day of the wedding, he start taking photos very early morning (6am) at the hotel where my wife was preparing at then arriving early at our wedding venue to allow for ample time for other prep photos and even visited our venue multiple times before the wedding to scope the venue and prepare for things like lighting. He was also remarkably efficient at getting all the family/guest photo groups in at a reasonable time which was important for the amount of photo groups we had and the limited time we had. He is also a great hype man helping bring energy to the wedding especially during the photo session helping to pump people up during photos and even our family and various wedding guests gave many compliments about him, his energy, personality, and professionalism and this was during the wedding without even seeing the finished product yet and everyone already had good vibes. You will never be disappointed with him and recommend him whole heartedly.
