The discharge nurse at the ER recommended Dr. Burkich for the wonderful care she provided for her own son. We called on a Monday morning at 9am, and they had my daughter in at 2pm that day. The whole staff was efficient, kind, attentive, thorough, and helpful. Dr. Burkich was gentle and they explained everything as they were doing it. They got us in again in the morning the following day for more work. We were amazed, and my daughter kept saying how much she loves people in New York. We are so grateful!

She provided me with expert trauma informed care and such profound gentleness, patiently explaining what she was going to do while listening and attending to my needs compassionately. I was able to complete the procedure. The next session, I was given a different local anesthetic for my comfort without asking. I really appreciate this dental office. As an adult who avoided going to the dentist for a while out of fear, this office is a breath of fresh air. After talking with the insurance company, it seemed that the bills they had been sent were a mess and things had been billed multiple times for the same procedure. When I reached out to their office they told me that what they said insurance would cover is never a guarantee and is just an estimate so I was still responsible for the remaining. As a single income individual with a mortgage, getting a bill for $850 7 months after a procedure without so much as a courtesy call really puts me into a tough spot.
