The office is extremely clean, which is important. The receptionist is super sweet and nice. She really makes you feel welcomed. I really liked the dental hygienist my first visit. She did a very thorough cleaning and gave me lots of good suggestions for at home care. Dr. Moskowitz's check afterward was extremely thorough. He found a cavity that my previous dentist should have seen 6 months ago at my last cleaning. At my cavity filing I was really nervous and he put me at ease and was extremely gentle and numbed me up. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this. Then, they refused me as a patient because I suffer from neuropathy and I can't just stop taking a pain killer die to it. Instead, they hanged up on me and refused service bc they can. They can go fuck themselves!! So much for the oath they supposedly take. They do more harm doing nothing! If they don't make their quota then, they just ignore and push you away. So much for them actually wanting to help. I don't even want to be sedated. So their shouldn't be an issue. I started dental assisting when I was 16 years old and did it for 20 years. So theirs absolutely no excuse other than bullying me into submission. Won't work!!

But they totally missed a growing cavity under a filling, to such a degree that the tooth had to be removed. It was the first tooth I have ever lost, because I take good care of them, or thought I did. What was annoying was that when I asked to see the x-ray from the prior year, it was visible on that x-ray. From across the room. So that cost me nearly $1000 and some pain. I now go to another dentist who does a very thorough job. The problem with this practice may be that new dentists are rotated through by the main dental practice in Saratoga. Sink or swim. But my experience here is: buyer beware!
