After many many calls to Boldt I was promised a refund as apposed to cleaning the mess caused by them. The refund never came. I kept calling and still no refund or cleaning. On Boldt letter head he claims to be a member of the Better Business Bureau, I'm not sure if this is true or not. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB. I am awaiting the results of their investigation.

Richard - the owner, was really professional and actually came on time at 7:30 am to check on my roof. He explained to me what needed to be done and actually provided options that won't hurt my budget. Of course, this was just initial, the work still has to be done, and I would definitely have another review for that but I'd say this company has got my business.
