This was probably the worst hair experience of my life - I had my hair coloured by the guy with the…read moreglasses (don't know his name) and it was extremely painful. I expect a bit of discomfort when getting highlights but this was extreme, the steel point of the comb seemed to pierce my scalp each time. When it came to taking off the foils and washing it was a relief when the receptionist took over - he was gentle and washed half of my hair while the rest of the foils were still on. The the guy with the glasses came over to do the second half and things changed - he was so rough, pulling the foils off, washing my hair harshly and using my hair to scrub some colour off the skin at the side of my face. Then came the final straw - how difficult is it to blow dry someone's hair without scorching their scalp??? I finally cried out in pain and got a - oh sorry... I left this hairdressers in tears - I will not be back...... oh - and I asked for blond highlights and got brown highlights!

Well as you can see from the photos the microblading that Athena completed on my eyebrows is…read moredisgusting, a disaster. I requested my eyebrows to be wider, fuller, which she did and then attempted again 5 weeks later. I specifically stated they should not be black, for obvious reasons my hair and eyebrows are brown...not black! Yep so they're now mmm, yep horrible, so much so my friends and hairdresser commented on them. Plus there is not hair like strokes but a solid colour, no definition of what eyebrown hairs are meant to be. So I went back in to ask for a partial refund as I'd paid €229,99 (1st appointment) and €119,99 for the 2nd correction appointment (her & her husband) both stated this a 'touch-up' appointment, no it was to attempt to correct the colour and shape. So after paying a total of €349,98 and getting what the photos show, would I recommend...DEFINITELY NOT! Take my warning (and photo evidence) before you go here, plus her and her husbands (intrusively hovering in the background) attitude was not called for, why because I had asked for a partial refund of €119,99 (not all)! You have been warned, good luck if you go in! No doubt they'll comment and take no responsibility for the personal stress and discomfort they've caused, I will update my comments in light of this.
