Since a year they have merged with a larger organization and quality went down big time. The facilities have been stripped and did not do the quality, cleanliness and overal experience any good. It originally was an amazing place where you had the feeling it was all about the guests, now it has turned into a money maker and all is focussed on the mass visits. Last visit, 2 weeks ago, we had made reservations up front and had reserved slippers for my wife. Arriving there they informed us, after checking in, that they ran out of slippers and she should either go to the next town to try to buy some or go bare footed. Bare footed is dangerous because of the slipperiness and not hygiene so it made us to decide to have our money returned and to leave. However till today the money has not been refunded! Extremely disappointed and they lost a regular customer and advocate!

We went during the week! The spa is clean, big, with a nice view on Leiden…read more Pay attention to the fact that the spa is without swimwear, but people are not looking at each other. You also have a lots of sauna, steam bath, a whirlpool with a nice view on Leiden. Part of the spa is just to relax, which is perfect. The only drawback is that nothing is written in English, so you'll have to practice your Dutch to understand which sauna you're going to. Enjoy the spa!

Took my lady to this spa. It took a hell of a job to book it in the first place. They answered…read morethe phone after three attempts. I booked two massages. When we arrived I was told that I hadn't booked massage. In the end they found space for her but not for me. Wasn't told it was a 'no swimwear' spa until I arrived, ok no problem but I think it should have been mentioned when I booked. Have the impression they don't have enough people working there particularly at reception! Not sure I would go again.
