That is unacceptable for such a large high end store - there are no explanations why, my sales person was on sick leave ever since I signed the contract and nobody was able to answer my questions. The cherry on the cakes was today's call, where I asked the final amount that I need to pay and the lady said "Sie haben Vertrag vor Ihnen". Lack of basic customer service is beyond any tolerance and understanding. Things need to be changed to help customers feel good about the purchase and come back for more - Schaffrath is succeeding in complete opposite.
