He let me know that they could only do the gridded holes in the leather instead of the wave pattern that came with the car. I'm really happy with the way my bottom cushions came out. The leather is so supple and it smells amazing when you get in the car. The cushion was also replaced and it's a lot more comfortable on long drives. Despite providing clear documentation and context, my request was handled dismissively. It's disappointing that after years of loyal business, The Drapery House refused to honor such a simple, good-faith request. It makes it clear they do not value long-term customers.
