Boeck chiropractic clinic is the best chiropractor in all of North Carolina. All of the staff always greet you with a smile and treat you like a member of the family and not just a patient. Their services are immaculate and very fair priced. They are very thorough with your treatments and they genuinely want to help you feel better the best that is possible. Dr Boeck is fantastic at chiropractic services and he is very understanding and very patient and he will do whatever he can to try to make you leave the facility feeling much better than you did when you came in. It's always a pleasure to walk through the door and be greeted by Rebecca and Sharon behind the desk, as well as the rest of the girls that work there because all of them are nothing short of sensational friendly bubbly and charming. You really get a sense of safety and security when walking in the door and you feel like your spine and the rest of your skeletal system is in excellent hands. I would completely recommend going over there and schedule an appointment immediately if you have any kind of pain with your body because they will take care of you and they will do their best to try to give you some relief from the pain and discomfort that you're feeling. Also as a side note, they have won the Sun journal award 3 years in a row and they do participate in charitable organizations by giving back to not only the community but also overseas charities when it is possible. Dr Boeck and his amazing staff truly have the mindset of guardians and saviors to help anybody that wants chiropractic help. Come on down to his facility right there on Neuse boulevard and Bray Avenue... Right past the neuse village shopping center. It's a decision that you and your spine will be glad that you made later on. read more

I visited Boeck Chiropractic Center in January. I was experiencing intense right arm pain to the extent of not being able to sleep and was experiencing weakness in both my hand and arm. Not having visited a chiropractor before, I was rather doubtful of what my results would be. Dr. Boeck took x-rays and thoroughly explained the results showing neck compression resulting in a pinched nerve. He expressed confidence that therapy would improve my condition and after two weeks of treatment the results were amazing. I was elated to be able to sleep without pain and following several more weeks of therapy I regained increased strength in my hand and arm. Both Dr. Boeck and his office staff are very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely refer my friends to his practice. read more

74 years old and had never been to a chiropractor. When my back and leg pain became unbearable and a therapist did not help, I decided to try a chiropractor and booked an appointment with Dr. Boeck. My first surprise was that an "adjustment" session only takes a few minutes. It did not take long to feel the relief, and after just a couple of weeks, my sessions were reduced to once a month. I am truly amazed by how great I feel now on an every other month schedule. I can work in the yard. Bend over without pain and even lift heavy objects. Dr. Boeck has been wonderful for me and his staff makes you feel like you are their special friend. read more

In addition to his very successful practice Dr. Boeck always makes time for our Veterans. He hosts food drives and other charitable events for our troops. He is a true patriot. As far as his staff is concerned, there are none better. I would highly recommend Dr. Boeck to anyone. Marilyn H. read more
