Doug and Amy, what a team! They really know what they are doing. I have gone to both of them for massages. Magical hands for sure. My mind and my body have never felt so relaxed after a massage before. My husband found them initially and he had gone to Doug for shoulder pains. Doug's knowledge and massage helped my husband to heal much faster. After his rave review, I decided to schedule an appointment with Amy. She did metamorphosis on me as well as the standard body massage. I wished I had magical powers to transport myself home immediately. I was so relaxed after her session. In my next session I scheduled an appointment with Doug. With my husband's rave reviews about Doug, I also wanted to experience his service. Wow, wow, wow! He is super knowledgeable and had listened to my requests and needs during our session. read more

I have been a dedicated patient for over a decade. I highly recommend them if you are about personal, professional, quality and caring services. The facility is clean with a calm and natural appearance with beautiful plants. I would not go anywhere else for my self care. read more

I have had Cindy's treatments for... if not 20 years... almost! She's a remarkable therapist and certainly the best I have ever encountered. Cindy practices a wide range of modems... and uses them expertly. She has a marvelous intuitive sense of just what is needed to fit the situation with each visit. For the times that I have needed an appointment and Cindy wasn't available, I have received treatments from Doug who is also a great therapist. Bodywise Massage is an excellent clinic. read more

I. Love. Caeden. I'm a massage therapist myself and I have been looking for the right one for me. My other one moved. I just so happened to choose her one day when I was in desperate need of a massage and this was the only available place the day after New Years. I hit the jackpot. She is by far the most intuitive, patient massage therapist I have found. My body, in particular likes slow, deep, thorough work. My neck and low back are a mess from previous habits of desk work and gymnastics. She checks in often to make sure I'm only dealing with "therapeutic discomfort" and not pain. She helps me breathe through restricted areas. She LISTENS. She communicates. Oh and the best part - cupping and hot stones can be included in the massage. She had me at that, but her touch and intention raised the bar super high. For a massage therapist to boast about another is a good sign. Besides, Caeden, the location and atmosphere is very appealing. The owner is very nice as well. read more

My husb and I went in today for massages. We got the Yelp deal, $39.00 for a one hour massage. Well, we didnt save that much, they have lowered the rates now and its $45.00 for a one massage, not $60 as posted on Yelp. My husb had Cindy and he said she was great. He felt FANTASTIC! I had Diane. She did great, but she liked to talk alot and it was hard to relax and completely unwind. She did make my back feel better. read more

Doug really took great care of me! He had some great techniques in getting the help I needed to hell re-align my back! To make it short and sweet, I came in with a tense feeling in my lower back and shoulders area and his hands did some magic and was able to loosen them up. It's been two days now and I'm still feeling incredible! I highly recommend him and his wife, I'm sure she does wonders, as well! The reason it's not 5 stars is silly but I tend to be honest with my reviews and it's that the lotion they use gave off an interesting odor. Wasn't like a bad scent or anything but I think I like non-scented lotion. Would this stop me from coming back? Heeeeeeelllllllll no! Lol! I know I'll be back because of the amazing customer service and high level of personal attention to my needs and wants. The lotion is a very small negative in my book! read more

When I called for the first time, I was greeted with an enthusiastic voice. When I had to call back the next day to reschedule, Alex, the massage therapist was more than accommodating. As I came to the door on the day of my massage, I was there before opening, so I tapped on the glass. Staff kindly let me in and got me all set for my massage. The massage room was clean, cozy, with a refreshing ambience. My therapist, Alex, introduced himself and put me right at ease. He asked me about my trouble spots and what areas I would like to have focus on. The massage was much needed. I am a busy full time student and intern at a busy non-profit. I also work out, so I had fatigued muscles. Alex and the entire staff took great care of me, from start to finish. I couldn't wait to set my next appointment! Thank you to Alex and Bodywise Massage for your excellent service! read more

Booked an appointment and got Doug Taylor, it was one of the BEST massages ever! Hot Stones, special attention to my requests & enjoyable banter made a fantastic massage ever better. Great place and their online appointment system rocks. read more

I have been going to see Cindy for almost 10 years now. I first saw her for some back pain I was having and have continued to see her after that was resolved for selfcare massages. She has a great understanding of the body's muscular and tissue make up. Cindy provides personalize massages depending on what your area of need is. She has that magical touch. By the end of my massages, I'm so relaxed and always wishing I still had more time on the massage table. read more

I bought the groupon for a 1 hour massage... I called two weeks before it expired and there were no times available. I spoke with an employee who simply said, "Sorry we're full. We can't honor the groupon after the 31st." Seriously?? I'm sorry, if you can't support the volume of buyers, then you shouldn't offer a groupon. I would have loved to have made an appointment sooner, unfortunately I wasn't able to. I guess I'll know for next time. I just blew $40 on something I can't even use now. $40 for a now 30 minute massage is not a deal. No thank you. read more

Very happy with services here. I got in a car accident and have been working with Cindy. When I was attempting to schedule my first appointment she able to fit me in with short notice. Which I found to be very considerate. Once there Cindy was very gentle but so in tune with where my pain was located. I just want to say that their establishment is so much more than typical massage. It IS therapy for your body and the therapy is tailored to each individuals needs. They work not only in massage but also cupping, reflexology and I'm sure many more that I may be missing. They are well trained and they definitely put in extra effort to make sure you have the relief that your body needs. Love them! read more

I got a 90 minute massage from Lubna and it was the best massage I've ever gotten. She was very in depth about what she was doing and was gentle while taking care of my issues. I got to try cupping for the first time thanks to Lubna and I honestly think it helped me so much! I plan on getting regular massages from Lubna! read more

Lubna Makda is amazing! She honestly gives the best massages I have ever had! Lubna listens to your needs and uses a variety of techniques to relieve pain. I couldn't recommend her more! read more

Massage was just okay. I like it silent and the woman kept talking to me and so I wasn't really able to relax. Also I asked for more pressure and she was still very light. Just didn't feel comfortable like I have at other places. Plus she used way too much oil. read more

I made an appointment with Doug for my husband as a Valentine's Day gift, but Doug had to cancel on the day of the appointment due to an unexpected emergency. A few days later, I received a call from Doug to apologize for cancelling, and he offered to give my husband a free massage to make-up for the cancellation. What a smart move! My husband reports that Doug gave him the best massage he has EVER received, and he will absolutely be returning. Thanks, Doug! I need to make an appointment for myself! read more

TOO much chit chat. They should ask clients if they want to talk. Besides, the male massage therapist needs to improve his massage techniques. I never had mediocre massage before. Usually, therapist assess muscles. It's the first time I feel uncomfortable with a male therapist. read more

I bought this $45 yelp deal for my husband after his training exercise. We were a little skeptical about this because we've only been to one massage place here and it was not the best. He tried it out and he said that it was the best massage he has ever had. Doug did an amazing job and really got my husband to understand what was going on with his body. My husband cannot want to go back and see him for another session. read more

Last week I received a massage from Doug. I was looking for a nice relaxation massage which I did not receive! It was the most uncomfortable massage I have ever received and left me in pain for several days. If you want a relaxing massage I would not recommend going here. read more

Cindy is amazing! When I lived in Washington, saw her monthly for two years. She has a gift for massage; when people would ask how my massage was, I would exclaim, "she healed me!" Cindy was always able to ease any pain, and she drastically improved my posture. She would give me recommendations on stretches and exercises to do at home. I also loved that she never nickel-and-dimed me like so many other businesses these days. It was the best price I've ever experienced for the quality of the massage. read more

I've tried a lot of massage therapists, but now I've found a "home". Bodywise is the best! Doug is my therapist and I highly recommend him. He understands the body, is highly professional and works on the problems that are actually causing your pain! read more

Throughly enjoyed my massage today. It was with Alex. He was awesome. Very nice & informative. It was my first time & I will definitely be going back. I always have neck issues and my neck feels brand new. And then regular soreness from working out & I feel great. I recommend this place to anyone! And I used the Yelp deal for $45. Excellent price. read more

I've been here a few times and Cindy is awesome. She gives a great deep tissue massage. When I leave I feel great. The reason I am leaving a "3" star is the layout of the building. The waiting rooms are in like a business building. It isn't that inviting while you are waiting for your massage. If it wasn't for Cindy I wouldn't go back. The good thing is once you are in the room you forget about all that stuff and leave feeling relaxed. read more

I used Bodywise to provide onsite chair massages for a fundraising spa party event and it turned out great! Cindy did a great job, all of the guests had rave reviews. On top of the great services, they were very easy to schedule with, professional, and prompt. I would definitely recommend Bodywise. read more

My wife and I have purchased Groupons before and they were awful but this was not the case at all. Doug and Alex did an amazing job and we will be back. This Groupon was worth every penny but will be returning without a Groupon!!! read more

Doug clearly has the necessary understanding of anatomy to work to fix the root of the problem. I was a little nervous about having a massage from a guy since I have always had female therapists and especially since my problem area is my hip but he is very professional and easy- going so surprisingly I didn't feel awkward at all. I'm sure he is great with "spa" type relaxation massages too but for me I'm really stoked to find someone who is able to pinpoint what is really going on so I get the benefit of the massage long after I've left the table. read more

If you like deep tissue and someone who is really in-tune to what you specifically needs, go see Douglas. He's amazing!

LOVE this place! I've been here twice now, and it's just amazing. I always leave feeling like a new person. Thanks, Bodywise! read more

I saw Cindy and she gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. I have been suffering from chronic back pain for years and Cindy was so patient in trying to fix years of damages in one hour. They do not take Premera Blue Cross here so I had to pay out of pocket. Be sure to call and verify if your insurance is accepted here first. read more

Came in with a tweaked back from moving and got a massage with Doug. He was extremely knowledgable and skilled. Chrissandra was amazing. She was very understanding and was so respectful. She made me feel so comfortable from the get go. Very positive and she loves her job and that was a big plus. When I left, I felt such a big difference as I was very tense and tight as she even told me when she was massaging me. My left side was so much more tighter than the right side. So I am definitely looking forward to my next massage which will be a Deep tissue. Since it has been so long since the last massage, she basically tole me to let her know how the pressure is and we would go from there. I recommend Bodywise Massage to anyone with pain, stiffness or just tired muscles to come in. From reading the other reviews here, I can see why this place is an awesome place to relax. Kinda hard to find at first as it is in the cut (hehehehe). read more

I booked my appointment online over a week before hand and I received an email confirmation the day before my appointment. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early only to be told that they had changed scheduling software and that my appointment was not on the books. Not only that, they have a business office in an office building but no real reception area. Felt weird. Not even worth coming back for a comped massage. Highly displeased! read more

first time at bodywise today and was worked on by doug. addressed all of my concerns, excellent technique, my right knee and hips felt much better afterwards! you can tell his specialty is injury treatment, really aiming for results. fantastic work, very technical but felt great. I have NEVER had a better massage in my life. I had Doug and he listened to what I told him was hurting, heard my history, and catered the entire massage to my lifestyle. I feel like most masseuse's listen and may spend an extra minute or two on an area, but they kind of have their "routine massage" that they'll go through. This targeted the areas that were causing troubles and I experienced a dramatic decrease in chronic pain. It's a little hard to find as it's not clearly labeled from the street, but its down below the lot with the mexican restaurant (Chile something or other and a fishing shop) and there's a larger spa next door (though I doubt the massages could even compare). They even have online scheduling so it's SUPER convenient. Absolutely wonderful all around. Will DEFINITELY go back! read more
