Let's face it, no one wants to be facing legal troubles nor be incarcerated. It's frightening and, with limited knowledge as to how the legal system operates and/or due to lack of understanding of the procedures in place, the process of being bailed out can be downright terrifying. Action and Experience: After contacting the criminal institution and assessing (via his significant experience) all that would be implemented, Steve set about making clear to me/us what was in store - Steve rolled up his sleeves and went to work. And, did I mention that many such conversations and dealings occurred during the most unholy hours of the night - when fear runs rampant and the worries are mountainous? Never did I sense impatience at my constant contact with Steve, my continual begging for information, nor for my undoubtedly uninformed (some would call stupid) questions. Steve answered them all - sometimes even many times over - as clearly and plainly as he could - no jargon - no double talk - plain, simple, understandable responses to questions I didn't even know how to ask. When Steve promised to get my husband released each time he found himself incarcerated - Steve was ALWAYS better than his word - faster and never without that trail of communication.
Resolution: Bodyguard Bail Bonds is the ultimate in integrity and know how. All procedures were completely advised in advance and handled professionally - all paperwork clear and appropriate. EVERY SINGLE TIME I needed help from Steve, he was there - and he acted quickly and professionally as he went immediately into action.
Time Passes: Until only recently, it has been, happily, a longish while since we have needed their services. Nevertheless, when Steve received a call from my husband this past weekend (who sadly encountered a setback) in the middle of the night, Steve donned his cape and flew to our aid. Without so much as a derogatory whisper or an utterance of disappointment or judgment, he came to our assistance - AGAIN. Once again, a timely release, knowledge of the impending charges, court date, court department and court time - all provided in the blink of an eye.
Finances: Nobody works for free and Bodyguard Ball Bonds has always provided their excellent services at rates far better and fairer than any I have researched. We are certainly not what anyone would call affluent clients; yet, Steve treated us with respect and fairness. All costs were discussed up front - and all payments duly executed in a manner easily managed by us, and appropriate in terms of the law.
Finally: Of course, we hope and plan never to need Steve's services ever again, but life being life, I can only say that we trust him with our souls...and our bodies as well.
