I have seen numerous doctors, the podiatrist, & home remedies. Including icing, stretching, medications such as prednisone, corticosteroids and 800 mg ibuprofen. NOTHING has worked! I recently tried some advice and saw Rachelle at Spectrum Fitness for an orthopedic massage. After her magically hands did their work on my foot and calf, I was able to stand up on my foot WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! On a pain scale from 1-10 I was basically at a 15. As I would compare walking to "walking on bloody stumps". After the one hour of therapy on my calf and foot, I was immediately at a 1 meaning no pain at all!! AMAZING! I instantly scheduled another appointment for treatment on my other foot. I can definitely tell the difference in my feet! I can walk normally and stand up without the excruciating pain! I am so grateful that words can not express my gratitude to her! Thank you Rachelle and I will definitely send anyone I can your way and love Spectrum Fitness! And to not only mention the massage therapy but Spectrum Fitness is an impeccably clean gym and the friendly atmosphere sets Spectrum Fitness far above the other gyms in Minot! They offer so many different styles of fitness that there is something available for everyone! I've tried the Aerial Yoga and had a blast! There is basic learning the moves and then there are options to try more challenging poses (if your up to trying).

They have a lot of different options for classes for adults as well as kids and the coaches are very upbeat, professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable. It's a top notch operation from the facility to the staff. For the skills and confidence they give my kids the price is definitely a bargain.

Also, the number of locations, and how wide-spread they are, adds the covenience of being able to use you "home gym" away from home. Sure, a lot of hotels have a fitness center but many of them are very limited. Lastly, the equipment variety is large and the quality is high. This makes for better workouts than many would get on home eqipment. I had an unsavory experience with a guy outside, quite some time in the past. As such, I guess the window view would be my only downside. Though it is nice to be looking out of it, you never know who may be looking back! Side note: I have never felt unsafe and I have no doubt that any security concerns would be addressed. Creepy people can, and do, show up everywhere.

With the new results membership your promised a "Heath Coach" that is supposed to help you reach your goals, the owners son being one of them is an idiot who has no idea what he's talking about. It's all a scheme for them to try to trick you into buying personal training. Best thing yet is the owners don't even believe in covid! They travel to their other gyms around the state and in Florida and come back and walk around like it's nothing. They don't clean their equipment that often so it's a literal breading ground for COVID-19. They don't care about the safety of their clients, just that they can pocket as much money as possible. I'm disgusted by this place. Better off going to the YMCA or planet fitness.

If they had told me that one or two days after I reached out to them, I would be upset but at myself for loosing the card. But for me to have to reach out to them again, again and again... wasting a good amount of only a three month membership and them charge me? No. Waste of time, money and my emotions. I am very unhappy with how they handled things and I will NEVER go back to any Anytime Fitness again, which is a bummer because I am a travel nurse and could use a good gym wherever I live and have many people to refer business to them, which I will not do anymore. The gym itself was whatever so I guess it is not a big loss...other than my money which they refused to give me even though I will not be going back 2 out of my 3 month member ship...

I put my son in a karate class here and it was terribly managed, a classic "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing". There seemed to be no communication between the coaches. They take your tuition money and promote students based on time rather than skill. They're more interested in selling their crap to you than teaching students. If you want an amazing martial arts gym for yourself or your kids, do yourself a favor and stop by spectrum.
