We ventured into bowl one Saturday night. It was packed, which was no big deal. We asked the man at…read morethe front desk if any lanes were open. He said, "Nope" and walked away. It wasn't until I said "Okay then let's just go" that he turned back and said "It'll be 10-15 minutes" throwing us a light up beeper for our spot in line. Taken aback by his rude, cutting demeanor we gave the beeper back only to hear him cuss under his breath. Poor customer service but yet a nice bowling alley.

This is newest addition to the NoDak park trails, still in it's infantile stage. Right now it…read moreconsists of an almost 1mi trail/walking path, a porta-potty & a large parking lot. The lot is well-lit, has several accessible parking spots & a security cameras. The paved trail is wide, with many benches dotting the path & a picnic table at the main overlook. This one of the few trails that will have snow removed. There is a slight increase in elevation- no matter which way you loop, you'll start with an incline & it's all downhill from there. ; ) It's a nice way to get out & get moving without too much battling the elements.

I have seen numerous doctors, the podiatrist, & home remedies. Including icing, stretching, medications such as prednisone, corticosteroids and 800 mg ibuprofen. NOTHING has worked! I recently tried some advice and saw Rachelle at Spectrum Fitness for an orthopedic massage. After her magically hands did their work on my foot and calf, I was able to stand up on my foot WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! On a pain scale from 1-10 I was basically at a 15. As I would compare walking to "walking on bloody stumps". After the one hour of therapy on my calf and foot, I was immediately at a 1 meaning no pain at all!! AMAZING! I instantly scheduled another appointment for treatment on my other foot. I can definitely tell the difference in my feet! I can walk normally and stand up without the excruciating pain! I am so grateful that words can not express my gratitude to her! Thank you Rachelle and I will definitely send anyone I can your way and love Spectrum Fitness! And to not only mention the massage therapy but Spectrum Fitness is an impeccably clean gym and the friendly atmosphere sets Spectrum Fitness far above the other gyms in Minot! They offer so many different styles of fitness that there is something available for everyone! I've tried the Aerial Yoga and had a blast! There is basic learning the moves and then there are options to try more challenging poses (if your up to trying).

I'll admit...I was pretty nervous at first. But thanks to my dad and a really nice employee, I learned the proper way to hold load and hold a gun, and I started hitting the target! The shooting range is high-tech. There are fancy screens that control how far away your target is and allow you to pull it in closer to see your bullet holes and change the target paper. Also, there are apparently some super fancy air ventilation systems that filter the gun powder out of the air. It's a really nice range! We also spent some time in the shop area and were helped by awesome employees. The Spartan Firearms Facility and the people inside are super nice. Go give them your business!

Leach Park is what you would expect from a park. Here's what it offers:…read more- playground - basketball court - tennis courts (with pickleball lines painted on them!!!) - picnic tables - trees - a pavilion - open field areas - restrooms -compost collection We've been frequenting Leach Park lately because of the pickleball court lines drawn on the tennis courts. (TIP: you can adjust the nets so they're lower for pickleball! (nets should be 34 inches high in the center and 36 inches high at the sidelines.)) The courts are nice enough -- after it rains, water pools near the net though. The playground at Leach Park isn't anything spectacular, but it's still enough to provide a few hours of fun for little kids. There are 3 slides, 3 regular swings, 1 toddler swing, and a few structures to climb on. The ground is covered in mulch. Basically, Leach park is your typical park! It's nothing fancy, but there's also nothing wrong with it. Right now it wins as the best park in Minot because of the pickleball court lines! Woot woot!
