I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. The establishment is just as clean as I've experienced in past visits. There is no one (customers) in this lobby and the lady at the front desk is on her cell phone. I understand the ability to make an appointment but if you take walk ins I'm confused why you would have someone waiting. I didn't plan to get here until about 12:30pm so I'm curious to see how long I'm going to be waiting. I know one thing. I'll never come to this location again.
