I'm writing my review on the 2nd to the last day of my weight loss program. I tried a few weight loss programs, I am not that overweight but I want to be on a healthy weight since my bones, joints are bad and my cholesterol is high. I am 4'11", and I started at 129 lbs. I am now 110 lbs after 62 days being in the program. It is a great program that will get you great results especially if you are compliant with the diet and taking your supplements on time. Every person will have their own ways and reaction to the program but for me who has done just the bare minimum, I can say this program is legit. Almost done with the program, it helped me not crave the all the bad food I used to crave alot. The program is healthy too, it's a great way to reset and detox your body. So I definitely recommend this program to everybody no matter how much weight you need to lose. I heard from others who lost 30-40 lbs. I also tried their IV infusion, I recommend to get some infusion in between and after the program to get the maximum weight loss and hydration. My IV nurse Anna is very good and nice. Don't care about this place anymore. No wonder Adam and Jenny left. I have left high reviews for this business in the past, but can no longer recommend their services after today. I have been going here for years to receive hydroxy b12 shots to help with my anemia. I'd seen very good results, and have always appreciated their staff, especially the nurse Jenny. Today, I went in and out of all of the patients waiting, only about half were wearing their masks correctly. One of the staff members sitting at her desk didn't have a mask on at all. The staff seemed bored and not particularly friendly. This is allegedly a medical/health oriented facility, during a pandemic. I am an individual with a sensitive immune system who comes here specifically to pay money to BOOST my immune system, and they seemed to pay little regard to mask safety. This was pretty bad in itself. But then, I come to find out not only was Jenny no longer at this facility, but they didn't have the compounded b12 I'd been receiving anymore. Nobody had bothered to tell me this over the phone, even though I'd received the same treatment - for years. Annoyed that I'd just wasted 30 min driving down there, I walked out. Nobody offered validation, so then I had to pay an additional $2 just to leave - to a parking attendant - who was not wearing a mask. Lovely. Never again. Sorely disappointed with this experience. read more

After I did my first round of new wave Weight loss program. I received an email with Body systems wellness/new wave weight loss system saying congratulations on finishing the program, and if I wanted to look into getting a second round that I could purchase it, at a significant discount and to contact the sales consultant that enrolled me. That was one of the major reasons why I wanted to do the second round well, I called to set up my second round, and was told that the email has nothing to do with Body systems that the option was not available to buy at a significant discount. But was told by employee that she would take off $100 for the inconvenience of receiving that email while I went ahead and bought a second round 2,235$ that was the price after the hundred dollar discount. I finished my second round of new wave weight loss system, and I received the same email again that I could purchase it at a significant discount, and I was also told by one of the staff on the phone that I could purchase it at a significant discount if I would like to do another round. I am not understanding why all the sudden this is offered to me for the third time, but wasn't honored for the second round at a significant discount. This was disappointing, the email should've been honored for the second round for the significant discount. I did not bother to move forward with anything else because I'm questioning the integrity of what was offered versus what I paid for. read more

Body Systems Wellness Diet Plan This diet plan was the easiest diet to stick to I have been on. The drops that they gave me to take daily really helped with the weight loss. I was never hungry and after only 4 weeks I had lost 40lbs. This was amazing. During the next 5 weeks I was able to keep it off. I would recommend this plan to anyone who needs to lose weight. I hate dieting but I am going to stick to this diet from this point on because I feel healthy and good. My GP Doctor is taking me off my blood pressure medicines and my antidepressant medication. Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The entire staff is so lovely. In my experience, this is pleasantly unusual. If you're lucky, one person from the staff at any facility will be sweet, while the rest will treat you like a burden. Truly, everyone there was just so NICE and helpful, and one of the women had an awesome sense of humor. These are all important qualities when you're encountering people who are sick and down-hearted. By the end of my mom's appointment, the staff felt like family. That's certainly how they treated us. My mom has had a hell of a time with her health for the past two weeks. She's been on two rounds of antibiotics to no avail. My sister-in-law found this place and she and I took my mom to get the Super Immunity Drip. Levon administered it. This was my mom's first time getting this type of a treatment and it was our first time meeting Levon. He's truly a godsend. He was so kind and nurturing towards my mom. This meant so much to me, as I've witnessed her have a heartbreakingly tough time with life in general for four months now. Levon is also a natural comedian, which was a huge plus, because we all truly needed to laugh - especially my mom. It's easy to forget that emotional health is just as important as physical health, if not more.
