First, Connecting with someone wasn't easy and text messaging was our only way of communicating. A few weeks go by and on the day of my massage I call to confirm my appointment is still at 1:00? They told me I wasn't in their schedule but they could get me in for 12:00 or 3:30. I got the address from Google and that worked fine but they is not in suite 205. The building is very old with 5 floors. There were no signs to direct you which way to go. Floor 2 wasn't right so called and found out it was 5th floor. I didn't see a elevator otherwise I would have taken it. Finally reached it and was right on time and so close to missing my appointment. Then I had paper work to fill out. that my massage was shortened by 15 minutes. The girl was horrible at the massage and the room was just as bad. A loud ac blasting right at your head. Bright room and thin, not very nice sheets. Soft rock music was playing. I wasn't asked how I wanted the room, dark or light, the music I wanted to hear. Overall it was very uncomfortable and not very professional. I can't believe this business is surviving. My husband was very disappointed he bought me a crappy Xmas gift.

Massages can be awkward if you don't have the right therapist, but Hannah's pleasant demeanor and experience level put me immediately at ease. After the massage was over, she reviewed with me what she found during the massage, and even wrote down some recommendations for home self care. I would highly recommend Indigo and Ivy.

They got me in very quickly and I did the 1 hour massage for $73 which I don't think is that expensive! *However side note: for deep tissue massage they do require 20% tip, I didn't have a problem with it but I think it should be known on the website just in case someone doesn't have the funds. My massage lady went to WORK on my back: and I did get a deep tissue massage so I knew what I was getting myself into. She found ALL the knots I had and broke them down while still asking me if I'm okay. She was super professional and was constantly working on my body. As she massaged she knew where I needed more work done. I loved the hot stone part, probably my favorite part! I left this place so relaxed but also so sore because she really did her job. I will definitely be coming back.
