Their friendliness and professionalism make every visit enjoyable and motivating. I do feel, however, that the gym could benefit from some updates. With new pieces of equipment and some renovations, Crunch could elevate the experience even further for members. These improvements would complement the already excellent team and help maintain the gym's welcoming environment. Thank you for all the hard work you do. I look forward to seeing how Crunch continues to grow and improve!

It's hard to give a low score, but this gym just isn't up to the same standards as other locations…read more First impression, it's in a large plaza next to a soccer facility and a rock climbing gym, so the area has a strong fitness vibe. Parking was easy, with a large lot and no issues there. However, the moment I opened the door, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. It was hard to ignore and honestly off-putting. I have been to other Crunch locations and have never experienced anything like that. The design of the gym also feels different compared to others. It is very purple, which I personally like, but overall it comes across as a bit dated. The gym just looks plain and doesn't feel like the others at all. I had signed up for a Zumba class, so I went to the front desk to check in. I was simply told I was good to go and to head in. This is the only Crunch location I have visited that did not have me sign in or give out wristbands. I even asked about it, and they said not to worry. The class itself was full, and the instructor was great. That was definitely the highlight and the saving grace of this visit. One other positive was that the group fitness room had a paper towel dispenser. I have not seen that at other Crunch locations, and it was really convenient. I don't understand how none of the gyms offer paper towels in their main gym areas, bathrooms or rooms. It's also worth noting that this location does not have a hot studio for Pilates, yoga, or similar classes, nor does it have a dedicated ride studio for cycling, which is something I have seen and enjoyed at other locations. That said, I do not see myself returning to this location, especially since there are other gyms nearby that offer Zumba classes in a much better overall environment.

I thought to myself, "That looks cool, I should go in and ask about training." The rest is history... Renato, the owner sat me down and showed me the whole gym and all it has to offer. He set me up with my trainer Jeff Easton and I will say, he's the best trainer I have ever had! Everyone is friendly with a "Good Morning" upon arrival and it feels like a family. They offer MedSpa, Stretching, Massage/body work and so much more! In just 3 months I have already lost body fat, gained muscle and continue to achieve my goals thanks to Jeff and the entire team!

For older members --I'm talking over 70, and there are a lot of them-- can use the elevator instead of stairs. Three weeks ago the elevator was out of service for 5 days. And now-- again-- it's been out of service for almost a full week including the last time I was there, yesterday. There is no excuse for a business that relies on an elevator for members access to the gym, not to keep it good service and to make repairs within 24 hours. I'm paying dues for all services including the elevator. Memberships should be refunded for the reduction in service. James Johnson

I used to have planet fitness membership but I cancelled and joined Crunch Fitness. Today served as a reminder why I don't regret this decision and made the right choice to go with Crunch fitness. The employees reminded me of TSA officers at the airport with a stern facial expressions. They required us to take photos and forbid the guest from using other perks like hydromassage chairs. Only for black card members. The equipments at this location were better maintained than the other locations. I wouldn't have an update since I stopped going to planet fitness as of two years ago. But as a guest experience today, I don't think I will recommend this place to others. I will stick to my scrunch fitness membership. This gym has a weird setup of three stories. The parking situation seems a bit ghetto so be prepared to drive on gravel and watch your tires. You can't pay me to return to this location. I will leave it up to other members to enjoy their perks, gym equipments, and ammenities. The men's locker room smelled unclean and cheap body spray like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There's a reason why a gym is empty on a weekend.
