Ladies get checked on if they miss sessions and need any accommodations. Fit Chicks is definitely a community where the owner fosters an environment where ladies are heard, respected and aided in their overall health. This culture runs through the whole place, making it a great place for ladies to connect, grow and achieve great milestones. It's a no frills type of place and i mean that in the best way. You get in. You sign a waiver if it's your first time. And you have some cubbies to put your belongings in. But it's a butt kicker! I did the CIRC HIIT class with Chris. The circuit is written on a board and they go over the exercises with the group prior to beginning. There were 10 stations and we did each one 3 times for 40 seconds. Stations ranged from planks with hip dips, TRX rows, sprints, wall squats; rower and more. It truly is a full body workout. It was a welcoming group although a small one. I went with two friends and that really helped us ease into the routine. I for sure plan on returning since it'll be a different type of circuit every time.
