I had a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience at this establishment today. I arrived during…read morea designated pickup window for a Too Good To Go order, only to find the front doors completely locked for no apparent reason. The staff member was clearly inside and fully aware of the group of customers waiting outside in the open. Instead of opening the door or offering an explanation, she chose to completely ignore everyone, showing a shocking lack of basic customer service and respect for our time. What made the situation incredibly unfair and targeted was that there was already another customer sitting comfortably inside the shop. When I finally managed to get her attention, her behavior was incredibly hostile, rude, and unprofessional. She condescendingly pointed to a vague sticky note on the window--which didn't even state a return time--and arrogantly claimed it was "specifically meant for me." To make matters worse, looking through the window, I could clearly see flies buzzing around inside the establishment, which raises serious red flags about their hygiene and sanitation standards. It is disgusting to think they are handling food in that environment. The sheer malice, bias, and lack of professional decency displayed by this employee were appalling. A business that treats paying customers with such blatant hostility and discriminatory behavior does not deserve to be open. I have already escalated this incident to corporate and human rights organizations. Save your time, dignity, and money, and stay far away from this place.

They automatically get three stars simply for being a health food store in this neighbourhood…read more Very friendly and helpful couple who run the place. Their prices are among the best in the city. Very well stocked with supplements, I wish they had some perishable food. I understand produce wouldn't be feasible but some dairy, eggs, perhaps some basic frozen meats that are not available at the FreshCo across the way. They lack some food items one may take for granted in a health food store yet some things that are impossible to find elsewhere they have.

They also have a fair…read moreselection on dry herbs and spices, etc. However, I have not experienced professional nor informative customer service. The lady is glued behind the register, difficult to pry her away from there when you need help in finding a product, she usually points to where it is and when she does leave the register, she scurries back quickly. What's with that? A little more information when inquiring about products would be helpful. They should re-evaluate their retail skills.

PHOTOS ATTACHED -- A WARNING TO EVERYONE…read more This company is an absolute disgrace. I bought several of their juices, packaged in flimsy glass bottles with cheap metal caps. When I tried to open one, the bottle was already broken. As my attached photos show, I ended up with a deep, bloody cut from shattered glass -- and the metal cap sliced my finger open as well. I immediately contacted the company, took legal advice, and gave them a chance to make it right. They ignored my calls and emails like the disgraceful company they clearly show. Eventually, they offered me a pathetic $150 gift card, which I accepted just to see what they would do next. Predictably, they sent me the same dangerous products -- more defective glass bottles and metal caps, knowing full well they had already caused injuries. Even worse, they have plastic options for other products -- meaning they know glass is unsafe but continue to risk people's health anyway. Their customer service is non-existent, their attitude is disgusting, and their "solution" shows they don't care about anything except squeezing money from customers. These bottles are not only dangerous but ridiculously hard to open. Imagine an elderly person struggling and getting hurt -- because this company refuses to do the right thing. I will be posting my experience everywhere until as many people as possible are warned. This company has zero integrity and zero respect for its customers. If you value your health and safety, stay far, far away.
