I am not sure what my "therapist" was doing, but it was not a massage. The reflexology portion was her basically rubbing lotion on my feet and calves. For the massage portion I had asked to focus on my head, neck and shoulders. She did not even massage those areas! She did not massage my arms; it was more like squeezing and pulling on my skin. Before I went in my back did not hurt but it did when I left. She dug her elbow into my back in various places, no actual massage. My daughter's friend's therapist left the room 4 times to talk to people who came in and answered the phone during the session.
