If this review was just based solely on them it would be 6 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately I gave it a lower score because everytime we have to go to the downtown location, dealing with their horrible receptionist Azalea is more painful than the actual procedure itself. In all my years on earth, I have NEVER dealt with someone as cold and unprofessional as her. She has an attitude more fitting for someone at the DMV, not a business centered around taking care of children/families. Her rudeness honestly makes me so uncomfortable, I am going to cancel our upcoming appointment and reschedule at the Skyridge location that's 30+ minutes out of my way just so we no longer have to deal with her. She also does not follow direction well, we asked for a two week appointment, she tried to schedule us the following week and then rolled her eyes at me when I told her that wasn't what we needed. I cant prove it, but I am 99% positive she is the same person who scheduled us way too early to take our casts off, which resulted in a very painful 2 hour traumatizing experience for my kiddo that was unnecessary and resulted in having to put the casts back on. She is truly awful, awful at her job and awful communicating with customers.

We took our son to the Lone Tree location after getting a referral by phone from his pediatrician…read more We walked in, maybe waited 45 minutes as there were scheduled appointments that took priority over us. The waiting room played a children's movie that my son liked and the front desk staff was accommodating. The xray technician was very professional. The orthopedist identified the injury quickly and proposed a treatment solution. The cast was fashioned quickly by a very nice person as well. We had him back at school in his cast in less than three hours after he broke his wrist. What more could you ask for a non emergency facility that does not charge a facility fee?

I love that you have an option to do an hour session- which is ideal to focus on multiple areas. They don't take insurance but can help with sending you super bills to submit to insurance if you have out of network benefits. There are also options to for payment plans or to spread out payments. It can get pricey, but it is an investment to your health and well-being, which is worth every penny! They have a holistic approach and target the treatment to individual needs. In my experience most places that take traditional insurance do not have the same philosophy and can only focus on one target area. I am overweight and never felt shamed or told to lose weight at anytime. I have not always had the same experience with other providers, so it was refreshing. Andrew got to the root cause of my symptoms and provided me with stretches and exercises to help alleviate pain and improve my workout goals. I am able to squat lower and lift heavier than I ever have before. My endurance for walking and day to day activities has improved greatly as well. This is the best I've felt in several years and it's only up from here- thanks to Kinetik Chain!

I visited with Dr Fuller and he administered several epidural steroid injections to the affected area of my spine. The relief was immediate. I no longer had pain in my lower back. As the 7th (out of 20 scored reviews), my consultation with Dr. Fuller left a LOT to be desired…read more Condescending, too busy for listening, no apparent 'bedside manner' little to none on empathy or patient care and concern. Dr. Fuller entered the exam room 15 minutes late and, it soon became apparent, unprepared. I had spent a good deal of time the two days prior to my appointment talking to several of his staff about his stem cell treatments and working with them to transfer the 2 MRI reports and images that I was able to provide (Only high marks for his staff!) He came in having obviously just skimmed the reports and, talking disturbingly fast, proceeded to tell me what they said - which I pretty much knew, having read them myself and discussed them with my PCP. His summary was partially accurate and decidedly incomplete. When I asked if he had looked at the MRI images, he said no, he did not have them. I explained about having arranged to include them, which he brushed off, saying, "Oh we wouldn't upload anything to our computers from a patient; we don't want to get infected with a virus." My reply (being an educated and experienced training consultant) was, "Well that would have been helpful for your staff to know." He then proceeded to discuss my treatment options: ... injections, PT, etc. When I interrupted to point out that I had already done that and was here to discuss stem cells procedures he looked shocked and said that no-one had told him that. At which point I couldn't help but offer that staff procedures and communication training might be helpful for that too. The rest was kind of a blur. Somewhere in there was about a 2 minute physical exam ("good reflexes!") ending with "my 20 minutes with you was interesting. Sounds like you're not too happy with us, so I don't think we have what you're looking for." At which point he stood up and extended his hand in a forced friendly farewell... which I ignored on my way out to my 90 minute return trip to Boulder. Probably my least productive, weirdest, most frustrating medical appointment ever. But after reading the other reviews here, not out of the ordinary for Dr. Fuller's office.
