I'd had a bad experience at the Pasadena studio with a girl named Megan, so I decided to try a different location, and I'm so glad I did. This studio is waaaay cleaner. The mat towels smelled fresh, everything felt sanitized, and the space was clearly well taken care of. My instructor, Jimmy, delivered an amazing workout, he incorporated moves I've never seen before and actually walked around correcting form, which is rare in larger fitness classes. He was fun, energetic, and really set the tone. Playlist was baddie certified! LOVED him! I also appreciated how well maintained everything was, soaps fully stocked, cozy studio rooms, and an overall vibe that felt intentional and inviting. I think this might be my new go to location. I don't even mind the drive :)

I'd probably avoid this particular location moving forward though, that's all.

Such a good burn and sweat, and she doesn't make her classes unnecessarily over complicated. There is a parking lot but it's quite tight and limited, so I would get there early. Debut usually offers Kpop class series at different levels which can range from 2 weeks to a month. They also offer one day pop-up classes occasionally. You would need to reserve your spot at one of the classes online via their website. They also post what classes their teaching on Instagram and I like how they sometimes ask their students what Kpop songs they want to learn on there. Yireh, the owner and one of the instructors is great. I love taking her classes as she's super detailed and funny which makes the class enjoyable. The classes are shorter and pricier compared to other nearby dance studios, but what keeps me coming is the overall culture and vibe of this studio. Everyone is super nice and it's super friendly to all levels. The studio itself is nice and spacious. It is clean and well-maintained. There's also a parking lot downstairs with free and ample parking. There's even charging stations for electric cars.

I used to have back and shoulder pain due to bad posture, but now my posture is corrected and I feel healthier. In my opinion, bad posture also changes the shape of the body, so it should be corrected as soon as possible. I offered to put a down payment for now, and would pay the difference after the first session. She downright refused. I don't understand how she can expected payment BEFORE services rendered. I understand if they need a down payment to hold the appointment, but they want the full amount beforehand without even having 1 session. It's not like I don't have money. FLF (Fast Lean Fit) has all the best amenities a studio gym offers that most big gyms provide at nearly a fraction of their membership costs. Not only does FLF have weights, a dead lift station, and olympic style rings.. I use the dry sauna, and cold plunge bath every session.. I was unhappy with this scammy behavior so they recommended a 3 month pause of $25 a month, where you can cancel after. 3 months go by and I try to cancel but they say you still have to pay the $100!!! I'm sorry so I gave you over $425 and went to ONE CLASS??? they are scam artists and as a local business owner to Echo Park I will be very happy to vocalize this. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
