It's late July 2012, and I just completed one year with Rick as my personal trainer, and I'm thrilled (as in pumped about pumping iron)! I am happily consigning or giving away clothes that no longer fit me, and moving furniture that I formerly could not even budge.
When I started with Rick, I needed both hands to lift a gallon onto a tall counter. A gallon is only 8 lbs for crying out loud! Now I'm lifting 20 lbs doing alternating bicep curls; 25-30 lbs doing one-arm rows; and 85 lbs with a dead-lift. And I look sleek, not beefy.
His basic program is easy. Lift weights 3 times / week, for 1 hour at a time. Add some cardio on alternating days (running, walking, elliptical trainer, bicycle, whatever floats your boat). And follow a "clean eating" program.
His eating program is *not* a diet. In fact, I had (and continue to have) a hard time eating as much as I should given all the calories I burn when I lift.
Without question I am a fan of Rick Hauck's no-gimmick fitness guidance and the fact that he truly "walks his talk." He's helped adult men and women of all ages, as well as teens achieve their fitness goals.

P.S. For me, Rick / Body Concepts is also a *very* convenient location. He is just south of the intersection of Nevada and Garden of the Gods. Very easy access to I-25 and University Village shopping, and a quick hop to Woodmen and north Academy or to Nevada and Fillmore. read more
