I joined the program for 2 weeks and had to leave because of an emergency. I called and let them know my sewer line had collapsed and had to replace my sewer line at a cost of over $20,000 dollars. I informed them I could come back at a later time, but my household was without water, and every dollar had to go into putting my house back with running water. The person so called in charge of financing would not even call me back but emailed me and tried to guilt me that she was recovering from a brain tumor. Compassion for anyone going through that is there but that is aside from the point and a very unprofessional way to put my emergency as something not important. I am now 4 weeks later just now getting my sewer line in place and they continued to charge me putting me now $368.00 in negative arrears with my bank. I do not think 2 weeks into the program that I continue to owe $2500.00. I was honest and I think that I was clear to not charge any charges to my account until I could get running water back into my home. They did it anyway. Without any care or concern for my situation. This is a company that cares nothing for people, and I am ashamed I even stepped foot into this run-down office that does not project what they charge people. I am a person of integrity, and I truly cannot believe after countless phone calls and emails regarding my emergency that they continue to charge me. DO NOT attend or even attempt to use this service. They care about money and it is a scam. I did my best to be honest and life happens.
