Shes located off on kinau st, a little business area right after the freeway exit and if you turn right to kinau from beretania before board of water supply. Parking is limited so she's only available by appointment and on certain days. Kaile was so sweet and accommodating and makes sure your comfortable. Easy to talk to and answers any questions you have. She's very knowledgeable and understands human anatomy that she can explain about fascia and tissues that all connect and areas of the body. She understands how stress, trauma and environment can affect the body and her techniques promote healing and relaxation. Shes also very strong and adjusts to your comfort level. If it's painful, your body is probably really tense but trust me, you want her to go a little hard with pressure because even though it might be a little painful (what you can tolerate), it feels soo good after. My body literally felt like jello and melty afterwards bc all the tension was relieved. There's a saying "your body keeps the score", trauma and stress can be stored in all parts of your body, leading to chronic pain and cause chronic diseases, so this is great to take care of yourself and help with healing! She also does cupping which is good for circulation and muscle tension relief. She offers hot stone as well. Right now, she is doing a 20% off her 60 or 90 min sessions so book now! Well worth it. Her space is very nice, cozy and inviting and the bed is so comfortable! It can be heated if you want and you'll probably fall asleep lol.

I noticed and appreciated immediately that she was a non-smoker which is a big thing for me. Kaile's welcoming demeanor, to the calmness of her voice, her expertise and knowledge is unbelievable. I'm so happy I booked a massage with Kaile for my right knee and right shoulder. I could barely bend my knee without stiffness and pain as I walked into her clinic. The range in my shoulder wasn't any better. She worked on me for about an hour or so and also focused on my fascia which who would've knew could be such an issue for us. Who would've thought I would get such amazing results. She walked me through the entire process helping me understand what she was working on and setting my expectation. I immediately felt different as I got off the massage table. No pain to my shoulder and I could bend my knee again to assist me off the table. I walked out of there pain free, nearly 100% of range and most impotantly, I felt like a different person. I felt confident again. I would recommend to any woman who is looking for a safe, comfortable and professional environment to come here, take a chance like I did and experience Kaile's loving care. That's exactly what this experience was for me feeling that she truly listened to me, addressed my concerns and let me feel confident again. I've already booked my next appointment with her before I decided to leave a review and will start focusing on my health and my well-being again. Thank you, Kaile for making me realize how important I am.

Tl;dr: Best massage I've had in my life. If you want pain relief that actually LASTS, try Eleos…read more As someone who has perpetual muscle pain as long as I can remember, I've had my fair share of massages over the decades -- from treatments at high-end spas to the chiropractor's office. I've tried Thai massage, Shiatsu, and all manner of Western massages. I've paid $600 for a massage to $50, but in the end, the only way I evaluate a massage is through its quality and results. I can promise you that if you want to leave with pain relief that LASTS beyond a single day, Eleos is the place! I'm a runner who has scoliosis, works at a desk, and lives 100 miles from work (I'm in California); I have tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders, along my spine, wrists, lower back, and legs. Basically, I'm a nightmare. I've learned to live with the pain, and think of massage as a temporary relief -- and if I'm lucky, that's what I get. Maybe one or two days of a better-feeling body. After my massage at Eleos, my body felt complete transformed. All of the constant pain I'm used to was gone, which I've experienced in massages before.... But this time, I felt a more fundamental shift in my body, as if the therapy fixed the pain rather than simply masked it. For the first time ever, the pain improved longterm, not just for a couple of days. To me, this indicates that Catherine really knows what she's doing. Most masseuses have a routine; you know what I mean! They spend a set number of minutes in each spot and no more, because they need to complete the set by the end of the time limit. Not Catherine. Without any direction, she found the spots that needed work and committed to them until the knots were loose. Catherine won't cut corners. I'm a small person, and although I always ask for a lot of pressure, I almost always get about 50% of what I want. I imagine it's a LOT of effort to give a "strong" massage, so I do understand when a massage falls short of the pressure I'm hoping for. But that inevitably means the relief is only temporary. My massage at Eleos was effortful for Catherine, I'm sure, but it made all the difference. All of that, and it's still one of the most affordable massages you can get. Because I don't reside in Hawaii, I'm going to have to live without these massages until I'm back. If you live nearby, consider yourself lucky! You can bet I'll be making my appointments long before my next return. My goal is to go in multiple times on my next trip, since frankly, going to a massage near me would be too disappointing after the one I had Eleos :(
