This is by far the BEST gym EVER. I'm not even exaggerating. I've lived in or near 5 major cities…read moreincluding NYC, and NOTHING compares to this place. It's far from just a "gym." It truly is a wellness center complete with physicians, physical therapy, saunas, pools (as in the plural form of pool), a yoga studio, an aerobics studio, a pilates studio, cardio equipment, weights, resistance training, a simulated golf room, a meditation room (fo' realz), and the most amazing fitness classes designed by the Les Mills program. Using some insider information, the front desk staff is required to greet and acknowledge anyone that walks in the front door regardless of what they're doing. They're also required to greet anyone they may see walking in the wellness center. Though it's a requirement of their job, I have to admit that it's rather nice when you're a member at the center. It creates a warm and welcoming environment for sure. The floors throughout the front lobby, hallways, and doctors' offices are made of granite and are always shiny and clean. The granite even extends into the bathroom sinks! The locker rooms are impeccably clean with lockers that don't require padlocks, and the bathrooms are cleaner than any other public bathroom/shower I've seen. Each sink top has a hairdryer along with lotion and soap. Each of the showers also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each stall. Shower towels and work out towels are provided throughout the gym. There is a cafe that's open from breakfast until about 6 PM that provides smoothies, cookies, coffee, biscotti, sandwiches (hot and cold), yogurt, and salads. I'm actually a medical student at the medical school associated with the wellness center, so my time in Erie will be coming to an end in a few short weeks, and I'm absolutely distraught over having to leave this gym. There's really nothing like it. Please do something wonderful for yourself and try this place out! Your first visit is free!

That means he doesn't have to charge YOU as much as the other shops. He is not in the mall and you might have to wait a few minutes to get advice from this experienced Marine. His time and expertise are worth the wait. No BS. Bob the owner knows his stuff. He is a Vietnam Veteran that was cleaning rifles before most of his customers were even born. That means he has experience. He has been there and he has done that. If you are already a firearms "expert" and have a big mouth go somewhere else. Another example: I was shooting low and left consistently. Some would blame the weapon. Bob smiled and made a joke and FIXED MY shooting technique by EXPLAINING and SHOWING me and guess what, I listened and fixed what I was doing. Stop blaming the weapon people! If you want a good deal and would like to learn something, Go to Bob's, talk a little and LISTEN and get a good deal on a firearm. :) (BTW If you are easily offended and can't take a joke from a seasoned Marine Veteran go see the 20yr old at the big box store) In fact, Bob also has training classes for new gun owners. I feel that they are IMPERATIVE and a NECESSITY for anyone who wants to defend themselves. Thanks Bob.
