I would really recommend this restaurant for an evening or a lunch. Incomparable. You can also take a boat ride off their little pier. The pictures here make perfect memories. Well it is not easy to rate this place however I am a fan of Suda Kebap. OK let's start. I have…read morebeen at Suda kebap three times. My two experience were on summer times and you are fascinated with the location and the ambiance of the place. You take a short boat ride to small Galatasaray island from Kurucesme by their private boats so you do not have to pay. This short boat trip is already a nice start. When you arrive on the island the scenery and the ambiance attracts you before the food and you just start to think how lucky you are being in the middle of the Bosphorus viewing Europa and Asia and feel that you are the luckiest person in the world. The food was good, the staff members are friendly. We tried set menu since we wanted to taste from different meze plates and kebaps. Set menu includes different types of cold mezes, hot starters - small Turkish pizza, dolma, meat ball etc. different kebap types, desert and fruit with two glasses of drink. The food was sufficient and we were full. However at the end you have to pay for all these amenities but during summer time it really worth to pay that much money. Last time I went to Suada on a breezy day in spring time when its summer place has not been opened yet. We went there with a group of 15 people so we ordered set menu again. The service stuff were still friendly, the food was good. After all there are some issues that made me unhappy with. First the ambiance was totally different than its summer place and I felt like eating kebap at a factory, you don't feel that you are in the middle of two continents. Secondly, the service was too fast, although we warned them too be slow a bit but they didn't pay any attention. So we ate in a hurry and paid a lot without understanding anything from the food. I strongly recommend you to go there during summer time before the sun sets to view the scenery in between the two continents. This way you may not feel the pain while paying the bill. As a conclusion, the summer place is 5 stars, winter place is 3 stars and the average is 4 stars....

It's only a few floors, and even after the elevator, you'd have to walk up a couple floors. You seat yourself. Almost any table has a view. The Golden Horn and all the sites in Fatih are nice but familiar. I actually found the close up view of the Galata Tower the most impressive. There's Wi-Fi (with a multi-step sign in process, but the staff will walk you through it). The service is good. We spent 23 TL before tips for a coffee and a frozen strawberry drink - you definitely pay for this view. I liked that my strawberry drink wasn't too sugary, but there was strawberry syrup decorating the inside of my glass that I decided not to mix into the drink.

The service was excellent. A lady was making the coffee and 2 younger guys were also helping. They also had friendly traditional Turkish music playing. Super fun atmosphere!! Would go back, love their dishes, super authentic and cute. You should try it!

We came here on a Friday for a special occasion. It is a big restaurant but if you are going there…read moreon a summer night let me start by saying that you definitely need a reservation. There is actually a corner table on the one end of their terrace that is ideal for parties of 2 (date night? Wink wink) because it allows you a magnificent view on two sides. We started with the cold entrée platter for one and honestly it was so generous that it was enough even though we shared. If you plan to have mains, the cold entrée plate for two maybe a bit too much. For mains we ordered the sea bass and the thai chicken. They were both good but I think if I went again (which I would be happy to) I'd go for the thai chicken. The sea bass served with noodles lacked just a bit of aroma. For dessert we ordered the homemade baklava served with goat milk ice cream. We thought that it was a bit under the mark compared to the entrées and mains. I ought to say one final word about the service. The service was exceptionally well. The servers were very attentive and even offered to change our dessert once they noted that we didn't like it as much as the rest. tl;dr: this is a great restaurant with exceptional service. The food is good but what really stands out is the view and the service. It might be one of the best price/experience quality restaurants in Istanbul. We payed about 260 liras for 2 (only one of us drank a glass of wine)

Headed up on the terrace where the view was amazing ... Could see all of Bosphorus, Bridge, Kiz Kulesi... We were so excited and asked for a table for 6 ( Sunday Noon time). The reply was negative even though there were tables available outside, because we wanted to try coffee and sweets and not have the Brunch they were offering at that time. The only place they could offer was on the inside bar... After some negotiations and not wanting to leave, we suggested to sit somewhere outside on the stand/tables they had. Happy we had the chance to stay... We had our coffee etc and ended with a bottle of wine and some side dishes... I'm sure what we paid was enough to give us a table on the first place... (350tl) And also... 12tl for a cappuccino ?? They should be more reasonable with the prices... Ok, the view is stunning... but service is not... Things could be better for the prices they are asking... I will go there again... as the view and decoration was really nice but would be best if they would reconsider the prices and provide better service...
