We specialize in yoga for regular people. We believe yoga should be fun and relaxing, but also challenging and invigorating. Our teachers have have all completed at least 300 hours of teacher training and are continually updating their yoga education to ensure their classes are safe and providing cutting edge yoga instruction. Bodhi Tree is big enough for everybody. We have classes for every person at all stages of life. From pre-natal to mom and baby classes, kids classes, introductory classes, vinyasa flow classes, yoga workouts, yoga dance parties, yoga for backs and yoga therapy, teacher training, and workshops from the most skilled and experienced teachers in the country. If you have never tried yoga before, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable here. We'll make sure you leave feeling like a new and improved version of yourself. If you have tried yoga and didn't really like it, we are confident that we have a class or teacher that will click for you. History

Established in 2004.

We opened on the 2nd floor of a strip mall on Hill Ave. in Lakeview. In the summer of 2008 we moved to a little space on College Ave in Cathedral. In 2010 we opened up above Golden Willow Natural Fibre on 13th Ave and have been happy residents of 13th Ave ever since. In the summer of 2013 we opened a 2nd location in downtown Regina called Bodhi Tree Downtown. Its beautiful and really big! Even though the studio has grown so much over the past 10 years, at the heart we are still just a little mom and pop operation (with the help of our amazing manager Brie, the Seva Squad, and over 30 incredible teachers!).
