This gym is horrible, where do i start?? First of all i signed up for a year cause the staff who work there told me it was cheaper then month by month, then apparently its not ? then the manager says it is?? which is it. there equipment is outdated, dumbbells are bent and when i mentioned it to the manager he basically said he wont fix them? so i am paying for a service im not getting and also risking injury using dumbbells that could throw my rotater cuff out of place.
its extremly hot and not ventilated at all , which is one of the reasons for my allergy and breathing problems, i have only had trouble at this gym for breathing. Not to mention they let dogs run around in the gym which i am deathly allergic to. When i mentioned this to the manager he basically said their a private business and they can do what they want, nice! they have their staff clean the floors while you workout, so you can slip on the floor while you working out. i have tried to cancel because of allergy and breathing problems, but the manager has an ego problem, and will not budge, so i have to get a doctors note proving that i have breathing problems. No problem i will get that note and am considering sueing them for a breach of contract and allowing dogs in their gym. Their staff are not trained, and the manager has no idea how to make customers happy, i am a personal trainer and have many clients that ask about this gym they will lose alot of business, as i recommend alot of clients to sign up at certain gyms. read more
