What makes this even worse is that nothing extra was even done to my face. No additional facials, no advanced treatments, no major add-ons, nothing. I genuinely believed I had far more visits or services included because there is absolutely no logical explanation for four thermal treatments turning into over $1,000 in debt. The lack of transparency and the way women are pressured into financing while already expressing discomfort is disgusting. I specifically voiced feeling uncomfortable in the office, and now I completely understand why. I am already pursuing legal action and reporting this situation because women deserve to know what they are walking into before being financially manipulated like this.

I believe this was deliberate sexual assault. When I spoke about this to my plastic surgeon, he seemed to think that perhaps these people did not know how to use the laser. Paul has responded saying that I did not complain at the time. This is a deliberate falsehood. I complained that he used too much force, then I complained that his wife used too much force, and eventually I gave up and allowed neither one of them near my breasts so they could not harm me that way anymore. Paul has also said I was abrasive, directly contradicting his remark that there were no complaints. Finally, Paul claims that more than 6 rounds of laser should be necessary for full reduction -- however, the laser did not remove a single hair.

I came to get lip filler and had Nina as my nurse injector…read more She added the lip filler super unevenly and overfilled my lips, giving me significant asymmetry and migration (yes, even after the healing period). I messaged Nina begging her to fix it, and she made me wait until the last hour of the healing process to get the issue addressed. I understand the resistance and importance of the waiting period, but it felt as though she was arguing with me about the last hour and exact date I had the procedure done (of which she was wrong). She offered to fix the mistakes she made by dissolving the migrated filler and adding filler to fix the unevenness. When I went to the appointment to get the issue resolved, I met with Emma. She informed me that she couldn't use dissolver for the migration, and filler for the asymmetry in the same appointment. That's totally fine, I understood completely. However, because she couldn't add filler to fix the asymmetry, she offered to inject dissolver into the uneven areas of my lips to help them appear more even. She suggested doing this completely on her own and I trusted her judgement. This turned out horribly; it left me with huge indentations in my lips. I messaged her again begging her to fix it, and she wanted me to pay for more filler to fix the huge indentations that their nurse gave to me upon her suggestion. So I paid $800 to get the filler, had a significant amount of that filler migrate, had significant asymmetry, and had huge scars/indentations in my lips, and then they wanted me to pay more money to fix the indentations and other asymmetries they caused. ?? I tried to fix the scars/indentations on two separate occasions with other providers, and they weren't able to fully fix it. Additionally, I've had to get dissolver on numerous occasions to continue addressing the continuous migration. $2,600 and 3 months later, my lips still haven't fully healed or returned back to normal. I'd like to add that I've gotten lip filler on numerous occasions in the past without issue.
