The negative: our medium-rare beef skewers came out well done, so well done that we really had to send it back. The second try came without the black pepper seasoning, we found exactly 1 tiny piece of beet in the beet salad and the meat tasted funny (in a bad way). Same for the shrimp skewers: dry, hardly seasoned, funny tasting prawns. The avacado/mozarella salad came with 3 tiny pieces if avacado. Live music was so loud we could hardly talk with each other, and well, the quality was mediocre at best. We did discuss with the owner and got one of the skewers deducted. Friendly gesture but not enough to make me go back, let alone bring friends.

Extraordinary tour of their facilities and then a great wine tasting paired with their own charcuterie and olive oil. Very inexpensive for the quality. They also create a special old wine called Fondillon that dates to medieval times and is produced every 10 years. Great experience and well worth the trip
