Hello, I'd likes to share my experience here buying from bodega online services. A week ago, I was looking for some cargo pants. I found a couple pairs on bodega's website by searching in their search function "Cargo Pants". I chose my exact sizing and dimensions that fit me I selected a couple pairs and went through the process of checking out. Disclaimer: No where did it say through the check out process that this was "FINAL SALE NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS". At least it didn't say this on my end. Nonetheless, I was excited. The pants arrived, and I went to try them on. Keep in mind I selected my exact size and dimensions. These pants that were ordered, did not come in my size. The right tags were on there, but they were made for someone in a way smaller size than myself. Naturally, I was a little disappointed but figured I could return/exchange them for a different size or for store credit. I filled out the return form listed on their website, and received a response saying these pants were FINAL SALE ONLY, and a reason saying they can't be returned/exchanged. I went on their live chat in the morning to try and speak with someone so that we could come up with a solution. The person on the other end was extremely cold, and just copy pasting the same response OVER AND OVER. Blowing me off. All in all, im now left with pants that were falsely advertised sizing and do not fit me, and had a terrible customer service experience. It would have been easy here to exchange, or at least have a conversation about a solution, but instead there was someone on the other end just copy pasting the same response over and over. I will not ever be shopping with bodega again, and will not be recommending them to anyone I know. If the customer service was at least a a little more "Human" instead of copy pasting the same response over and over again, and at least trying to work with you. read more

This is my new go-to location for hipster sneakers and clothes that I'm probably way too old to be wearing. The staff knows more about sneakers that I thought humanly possible. The selection is decent, too--from super expensive Y-3s (that I'd never buy) to base model Ultraboosts (my favorite!). Which also means they have a decent range of prices for this type of gear. If you're looking for unique and (sometimes) exclusive sneakers at decent prices, check this place first. read more

Wonderful weekend experience, I gotta say what an incredible staff and store, as a frequenter to sneaker boutiques I've seen it all and experienced it all and in my 20 some years of participating in the scene I've never met staff as attentive and hospitable as the team over at Bodega. Employees with situational awareness and positive customer experience in mind. My 8 months pregnant wife was spotted and immediately made aware of the elevator and restroom available to her with brief explanation of the store layout and the products that were on sale. Shoutout to the employees and the person training them, the culture is different over there and you can tell. 5 stars I'm definitely coming back. read more

Nah y'all are crazy I ordered shoes from the online store and it's been 3 weeks with no confirmation or update on fulfillment. I messaged the customer support to get some help to ship my order or get an update and first they said it takes 10 business days, messaged them again after it's been 10 days and they send me a second email saying it's 21 business days for fulfillment with an additional 5-10 days for shipping ?? That's crazy there's no way it takes 6 weeks to ship shoes, never ordering here again. Y'all need to seriously figure it out. read more

Our group of 8 (3 moms and 5 teens) had a great trip to Bodega yesterday (1/12/19) from San Diego. We were greeted and thanked for visiting as soon as we walked in. Every employee went above and beyond in kindness, and not in the usual "trying to push product" kind of way. We had great conversations with a couple of them (in particular Jenny - in case there is more than one, the Korean one), and another guy (unfortunately I can't remember his name, but he was newer (just moved to LA about 3 weeks ago and has little dreads). Both were extremely sweet, asked us where we were from, told us a bit about themselves, etc. They also told us about other Bodega locations and how their stores are hidden as well. The kids had a great time shopping, playing pool, taking pics (of course - so many rad photo ops), and we were thrilled with their purchases of some shoes, shirts, belt, etc. read more

This was a really cute store my kids and I discovered while trying to kill time waiting for our ride in LA. I ended up getting my daughter a really unique and cute pair of Nikes. The price was what was expected, a little less than expected from a shop like that to be honest but standard Nike prices. They through in a really cool pair of Bodega socks too. By far, this spot has the most generous and most nicest human beings working the floor and obviously the business. From the staff to management, they are very welcoming and helpful. I came here last Saturday randomly to check out Bodega. Although it took a while to find, once I found it, it is probably the sickest layout I've seen thus far. #SneakEasy They had everything from Yeezy 500s to Y3s, Clarks and Nike... etc. on the first floor to sick apparel on the 3rd floor from Nike Lab apparel, Pleasures, Stone Island, etc. Everyone should definitely check them out. Since the staff was so nice I decided to cop a Bodega hat and socks to rep them due to their hospitality. As I was getting rang up, Mykhayla (sorry if I did not spell your name correctly) gave me a generous surprise item due to good vibes she felt coming from me. I will not say what I was given the opportunity to buy @ retail... ahem retail! BUT let's just say Mykhayla is now officially my Shoe Angel. I was already happy with their sweet hospitality but this put them at the top of my list! It really was a VIBE here... It felt like i won the lottery...! It does say "Thanks for copping" at the check out wall, but I want to let the staff know "Thanks for being so nice." Streetwear fashion can be an intimidating world jump into. With so many styles and looks to choose from, it can be overwhelming for the uninitiated. I've been in love with streetwear since my high school days, so that overwhelming feeling hasn't hit me for while; That was until I stepped into Bodega. Located on The Rows in Suite #150. It might be hard to see as it's entrance blends in with the neighboring produce facility next door. When I first stopped by, I wasn't anticipating the sound of trap music and a plethora of highly-coveted pieces to be lying behind those plastic curtains. The members of Bodega did an incredible job of immersing you in their genre with their "hidden in plain sight" approach. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was given the rundown of how everything operates in their shop. There was so much to look at from an extensive wall of shoes (Hella heat, they even had the Undefeated x Adidas Collection) to an upstairs level tailored with their home brewed brands apparel along with other streetwear brands (Stussy, Stone Island, Carhartt, etc.). A very nice blend of items that I wish I could afford at the moment. Probably cooler than all the clothes was the atmosphere that was incubated in this suite. Mini shops resembling the Caribbean operated bodegas of inner-city New York were used to display products. Knick knacks and vintage memorabilia were everywhere. I seriously spent half my time shopping and the other half absorbing the craft of their workspace. My 2 hours here were well spent and truly an experience to remember. I managed to cop a hat that they had on their website. I drove from LB, so you know I had to get something! This was amazing, definitely a must-go-to if you're a streetwear-head who's about that action. read more

Had one of the best retail experiences visiting this store. Definitely a good selection of clothes and sneakers that you arent able to find at a regular shopping mall, like Suicokes! Suicokes were the main reason why I visited and i was fortunate enough to get my size. This is the worst store I have ever shopped at. September 16, 2022 I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of Nike for $402.90, today October 2, 2022 they did not send me anything, they just took my money. I contacted customer service to request a refund as they are unable to fulfill this order. They replied that I have to wait up to 10 business days. On their website, these conditions are not indicated in the shipping section. That is, they deliberately deceive their customers. Apparently they sell air. They do not have in stock the product that is presented on their site, taking orders for it and taking the money of customers. It can be assumed that they are bankrupt. I have bought sneakers all over the world: in England, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Italy, France, Austria, Belgium and even Australia. So far I have not had any problems with delivery. I have bought from about 20 stores in the United States from Oregon to Florida and have had no problems. This is the first time I was robbed of money in a store that still has a history and a name. This is my first and last time shopping here. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything here. In the application, the printscreen of my order dated September 16, at the top is today's date October 2 and the status is "unfulfilled". read more

A security guard named Lisa was bullying us and made us go to the end of the line. We were in the front of the line and we were waiting there since 11pm till 11am. She was also very disrespectful and made things up to her boss. She was also threatening us and told us we will go get shoes or anything. We then didn't listen to her because the boss told us not to listen to her because she causes a lot of problems for no reason. She then got mad and kept bullying us. I told her boss and her boss didn't help me at all. I did a report but they did not help us once so ever. I would never go here for shoes again and I wouldn't ever want to see her again. One of the best and Hottest shops in LA right now hands down! Their slogan is hidden in plain sight and I'm not sure what's the true meaning behind it, but to be honest it is hidden in plain sight! It is located at the ROW DtLA and it can be hard to find, but just keep looking. From the outside it looks like a produce warehouse but once you walk in you are surprised by the aesthetically pleasing shop. Ughhhhhh. Today is the day - this is the store that made me realize I am OLD. OLD OLD OLD. I have been looking at the Bodega store website for a few weeks, dreaming about the shoes I needed to up my game and the cool stuff that my husband - who is younger and WAY cooler than me - could use for Christmas. I made a reservation for a personal shopper for today, planning to do a lot of shopping for the holidays - but it was cancelled because the shop is open to the public on fridays - cool, ok!. I knew I'd be in the area, but due to a change in plans I'd have to have my stroller age kids in tow - which means I'd need to kinda get in and out of the store/area fairly quickly. So, I set my GPS to go to the store. However - directions are all kinds of weird, some event is going on at the Produce Market that's closed entrances, etc - and I missed the message on the website that directed folks not to follow the address on google maps that was "wrong." This is all totally fine. I finally get into the parking lot for DTLA / the Row, unload my kids - and Bodega isn't on ANY map on the property. Like it doesn't exist. I walk around EVERYWHERE. I cannot find this place. I try to get walking directions on my phone, walk to the address - nothing doing. I try to follow the unhelpful directions on the website - still lost. I look for a phone number to call, get some direction - they only have a 1-800 number that goes straight to voicemail that probably serves both LA and NYC shops. After 30min of aimless walking around a mostly empty plaza, I gave up - and as I'm leaving in my car, I finally see at the end of a row, an UNMARKED shop that literally has signs like a produce shop. Or.... bodega. UGH. Clever. But f that - I now can't even deal with the fact that there was not a single sign fucking anywhere. I bet this store is just as cool as I imagined. And I bet I would have spent a lot there. But alas I am totally no longer the target audience because I have no patience for cool shit like this. Sigh. Goodbye to my youth. read more

Worst store ever. I went to the fcfs event for the yeezy 700 v3 and stood in line for 7 hours In the morning in the rain. There was 0 security enforcing the event and groups of people cut in the front of the line. At the time of the store opening the staff said it was cancelled and blamed it on us, the customers, saying that " we can't get our sh*t together". After, the cutters left as well as many others. The people left stood in a single line and they still would not sell any pairs. The event was canceled and no further release happened. Typical for bodega for doing suspect stuff like this (most likely backdoored) get your business together. What a joke. read more

I loved the store and loved that it was literally hidden in plain sight. However I had the worse experiences with the downstairs cashier. She was a shorter girl with short brown hair. I came to purchase a shirt that one of the helpful workers upstairs brought down lower level while I finished looking around. After I finished looking around, I went up to the downstairs cashier who was texting and on her phone. I walked up and she still didn't notice me. So I said "Hello" to simply get her attention as well as greet her. She looked up at me as if I was bothering her. I quickly explained that I had a shirt that they were holding that I was planning on purchasing. She simply said "oh" in a very unenthusiastic voice. She started ringing me up, when another customer came up and had a small dog the cashier got distracted by the dog. Keep in mind, the girl has not greeted me at all. She then told me the total. I was 2 seconds away leaving and not buying the shirt. She handed the bag to me and still was more focus on the customers dog. I really enjoyed the store but the customer service was horrible. I understand this isn't Nordstrom, however if I am paying good money for a good product, I would at least like to be acknowledged. I honestly will never go back due to this girls horrible customer service. Update: The manager Isaiah reached out to me and apologized for the situation. He asked for some details on the employee and told me he would speak to the employee and use it as a moment to correct and construct her. He offered me a discount on my next purchase and asked me to come in for a free gift. After my inquiry as to why it was cancelled, they advised to use the same billing and mailing addresses. I did. They cancelled it again. I inquired how to resolve this issue and was told "You cannot, unfortunately you are banned from placing orders with us." When I replied that I was going to blast them on social media for the worst customer service ever, their reply was "We do not think that threatening us with "Slander" is appropriate or legal, I would advise against this." This store has amazing stock, but the management is horrible every time I go to the sneaker drop always people cutting lines and management won't do anything about it. I was in line and 20+ people cut in front of the line. Security was great except the one female security officer "Lisa", she would cause so many problems, for example she would pretend to be all nice and tell us to use the restrooms but they were closed just so other security can see on the camera and kick me out. read more

Avoid if you want good customer service with friendly employees. But do go if you don't care about none of that! Tried visiting the store on back to back days, both times at 6:30PM, as I end work around that time. First day they were completely closed with their shutter down at 6:30, while on yelp and google they state that they close at 7PM. I come back the next day at 6:20PM, and the gate was half closed. Couple other people and I were knocking and calling out the employees outside the shutter for 10 minutes, and to no avail. I enter the gate to inside the store, and see two employees just sitting on the bench with their phones. I ask if they're closed and they give me this dirty look and tell me that they're closed and come back later in a bad manner. I told them I was there yesterday and they were closed early, and they told me they close early because of traffic! While they are just sitting on their phones not working! If its due to traffic, they should leave early, not leave the gate half open and wait for their shift to end! I had to urgently return something there while looking around at the same time. I won't shop here again. I wouldn't recommend this store to any one now due to my awful experience with their employees. If i was their owner, I would hate to have an employee who sits on their phone and waits to kill their time on shift, instead of trying to sell your products on their paid shift. read more
