I needed colour really bad and I was done doing horrible keratin alternative treatments that just washed out. I read the reviews and called Ashley and had no clue how great my experience would be. Ashley is very honest, she is extremely personable and fun, she's very professional and knows almost instinctively what you need. She did my colour with meticulous attention to detail, then did the GK taming treatment (it was GK i think taming), and it was seriously 4 hours that went by really fast as Ashley is so fun to talk to. Didn't wanna give my money to someone with bad customer service, and I found this gem. I called in to book an appointment and Ashely was so sweet and friendly and told me she was available the next day. It was worth the wait because I felt welcomed and wanted!
