I'm Absolutely terrible property management. They hire incompetent contractors who have damaged my…read moreproperty. The landscaping crew broke my car's rearview mirror, and power washing caused a crack in my windshield that eventually spread and required replacement. Communication is practically nonexistent. Calls and emails go unanswered, with callbacks sometimes taking up to three weeks. When they finally respond, they are often rude, combative, and dismissive. I've also received unfair fines based on false or unverified complaints from neighbors. There seems to be little to no effort to actually investigate before penalizing residents. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Schrank & Associates managed Tierra Grande Courts Condominiums for years and their primary job was collecting money and when asked to make repairs, residents were made to pay SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS but the promised repairs never came. Beware because MOLD can make you sick and residents have become sick, but Schrank & Associates didn't care.
