The building managers are responsive, the people who work in the office are kind, and maintenance was always quick to fix whatever we had issues with at the apartment. The swimming pool is lovely in the warm weather months and is exclusive to residents only. The fitness center is small but adequate for whatever workout you desire. I never really utilized the common areas in the main office building, but you could go there to watch TV, play games, or relax. There is a large area of grass in between the main group of buildings. I used to lay out a blanket on sunny days and read. I always felt safe at those apartments, I hope that never changes. I'm grateful for the years we spent there and for the wonderful staff who took care of us!

You can be naked in the house, taking a shower, sleeping, or doing whatever, she will just get in ! Also, she lies to you. If you have an issue, just ask to talk to the owner. BUT be careful: when asked for the owner's phone number, she tells you he is out of town and cannot be reached for the next week or so (which of course is not the case). WITH A DIFFERENT MANAGER (one that is fair, applies the rules the same way, does not lie in your face), THIS PLACE WOULD BE GREAT ! I do know at least 3 families that MOVED FROM THE COMPLEX BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER. They refused to deal with such a rude person.

You get that unpleasant surprise after signing the lease on your move in day. They consistently failed to address repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. Basic issues like water leaks, appliances issues, and shower tiles were ignored for weeks/months, leaving us in uncomfortable and frustrating living conditions. It took 2 months for a water leak and bathroom repair. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for tenant well-being is simply unacceptable. The new manager will yell at you from across the grounds and make a scene. Maintenance personnel and companies are a revolving door since they cant get approval from corporate for proper payment for repairs (see AC comments-they wont pay a company for 30 days, so no one wants to work on facilities.) We have had a hole in our laundry room ceiling for more than a year and a hole in our bathroom for going on 6 months because it's not a "priority" to them since it's not causing damage. Our shower valve has had issues for months, front sink hasn't been addressed in our bathroom for months and the AC has gone out 5 times in a year all of which taking a month at a time to fix since they cant keep a decent maintenance company or person on payroll. (This is corporate but management doesn't help one bit with their 1-3 priority list ) we had expressed permission to park by our window from last 2 property managers, year and a half, and the last 2 leasing managers due to our electric car and there not being outlets exterior for charging but since new management started.... we are being threatened to be towed. (Weve been here going on 2 years now) If you want a bug problem go ahead and move in. if you want to be yelled at just drop a deposit. Ever since the property manager got promoted this place has just RUSHED downhill like an avalanche. look somewhere else as this mid 70s apartment complex needs to be leveled and rebuilt.

The house had not been cleaned and there is no air conditioning in the home. No one mentioned in all the communications that we had with each other before I came to Tennessee from North Carolina that there was no air conditioning units in the home. When I came on June 30th to collect my keys I walked into a house that no one in the property management office would have stayed in themselves. Even their lady that was here said they should have put in a work order as soon as my lease was signed so it could have been done before move in. I had to pay for a another night in a hotel room along with ubering fees back and forth because I don't drive. They agreed to refund fees for the move in from June 30th but then stated that they were not going to reimburse me for my hotel room because what they needed to fix was done in a timely manner. I don't know where these people are from but check out time from hotels is normally 11:00 a.m.. I got lucky that the management was understanding and gave me a late check out to begin with because my moving inspection was supposed to be at 2:00 p.m. on the June 30th. I did not receive a message from their person here in Chattanooga that they had finished what they were supposed to do here in the house on June 30th until 6:46 p.m.. So no the work was not done in a timely manner for me to not have to pay for another night at a hotel I was supposed to have this matter resolved on Tuesday, July 28 before the end of business but of course I never received that phone call. I received the text message today and I'm still waiting on a phone call back that probably won't come either. I will update this review in a couple of days. I'm hoping this gets better. If everything I'm reading up here is true this is not going to be a pleasant experience but I'm not going to let them take advantage of me either!
