My new Ice cream spot!!!! My favorite flavor is Dulce de leche, super creamy and rich . The owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The ice cream tastes fresh and handmade, I loved it, my daughters loved it so we are coming back!! They just opened so I wish them all the best .

Love this place! Their espresso never misses and the community is amazing. The dulce de leche is consistently delicious and delicate. By a pint to go! So good! It's truly a wonderful experience.

My happy place!!! I can't remember how I found the brand but I'd been buying it from Lazy Acres, WF…read moreand occasionally Erewhon for the organic flavors. Sprouts had it, once I actually started eating it, they discontinued it lol. I love that for the majority of flavors it's so much cleaner than other brands. I realized there was flavors I wanted to try, not in those stores. I texted cs (SUPER helpful btw) but they told me the stores had all the flavors. GCM can be a pain, and my friend sent me a story about that store, so I'm glad I ended up in studio city. I wrote her name but can't find it. I think it was Mirka. So sweet and helpful. She was patient while I tried some of the flavors I had curiosity around but had never seen in the stores. At the time the double strawberry sees collab flavor was new, tried it and liked it. The pbj needed strawberry jelly instead. There was other flavors I hadn't heard of. It was nice to be at the helm of the flavors lol. I did a sampler flight and got the strawberry sees one to go home. I will say, it's $13 in store, and a while back WF had a kick ass sale and I paid $4! But they didn't have all the flavors! So I suppose it's worth it lol. I came again w a friend. I wanted to do the corn and berries and try the berry crumble. I was so intrigued by corn and berries, but let me tell you, it's chillin w its cousins in my freezer! I should've taken a pic of my freezer at the height of the sale! I think I have 8 pints in my freezer. Don't judge me. Some of my faves: summer corn & blackberries, brown sugar w milk Bordeaux, banana cream w toffee ettes, sea salt cream & cookies and golden state vanilla. I love churros & sprinkle cake - only available here. Haven't brought them home yet but they were part of my flight. I find it interesting, of all the flavors they find strawberry oversaturated, so you can only buy it here or online. I'm not big on chocolate but even w the ss cream & cookies, they're house made cookies and SO good! Despite the name, I didn't realize chocolate w polar bear paws was a chocolate based ice cream, again lol don't judge me. Most chocolate ice creams I've had in the past are hard to get through. Let's just say that pint lasted 2 days once opened. I probably would buy it on a rare occasion but I was surprised with how smooth it is. I brought my friend with me the second time, she got the Bordeaux one after tasting. I tried to tell her it was available at WF, but that's not her usually store so she paid it. Again I'm struggling with the name of the guy that helped us. Kind and patient. Obviously I'll be back when something I'm intrigued by is only here or online. I'm extremely happy that they don't just deliver an epic product, but the service also lives up to it. It's a place I'll happily return.

Ok, ok, ok. McConnell's has pretty darn good ice cream…read more I normally stick with the sweet cream, but this time I got the dulce de churro with a scoop of salted caramel banana. Solid combo. Kind of like a horchata with caramelized banana. My wife loved the berry crumble with matcha, especially the little crumble chunks. Honestly, though, half the reason we come to this location is the big bench outside. You can sit there, eat your ice cream, and watch people and dogs stroll by. This stretch of the street has had a major glow-up and is always bustling now. Perfect late-afternoon activity.

Our most recent trip, we went on a Saturday around 5:15pm and there was one other group in there. However, when we left there were several groups in there. They were well staffed with at least five employees that I can remember taking orders. We ordered a banana split ($13.99) with vanilla, dulce de leche, and mud pie as our ice cream flavors. Our wet toppings were hot fudge x2 and marshmallow. My partner likes peanuts but I don't necessarily care for them, so he selected the crushed peanuts as our dry topping and requested that it only be put on top of the vanilla ice cream (his ice cream selection). Our server happily obliged. What I found to be really impressive was while we were waiting for our banana split to be created, we were approached at least three times asking if we had been helped yet. They are really on top of it here. In terms of the ice cream - it looks like a kid's dream, and tastes just as good as it looks. The banana split comes with two bananas, which tasted ripe, and it was definitely sharable between two people. Parking: We did end up having to pay $2 for parking. When we went up to the parking garage and scanned our ticket it said we were good, and once we drove to get out it told us we needed to pay $2. Turns out we were there for an hour and a minute - I guess that minute occurred between the two scans. In the past, I thought once we scanned we had 15 minutes to exit, but I guess things have changed. Just something to be aware of now.

Not being familiar w the area and knowing I was headed to an outdoor mall, I called to see where they were. Jesse explained, I parked and found it relatively easy. He told me on the phone he was wrapping up his lunch, and would reopen shortly. By the time I parked and walked over, he opened. Omg! What an amazing place! The decor is amazing, the selections go on for days, cute gifts, a clean bathroom that was also fabulous! I'm a fan!!! Jesse offered ice cream samples and/or fudge. They also had cookies and candy. It was the kind of place you envision when you think of ice cream and candy. Willie Wonka-esque even. They had SO many amazing flavors. Jesse was super patient while i figured my life out. I'm currently stuck on this McConnells flavor that is from their See's collab, I admit that I was trying to create my own version of it. I did great! I did the banana w cookie butter and topped it w heath pieces. I was so impressed with Jesse, he asked how I wanted my scoops layered! Never been asked that. Ever! Kudos! Before ordering my treat I used and admired the restroom as well as their novelty gifts. I can see getting gifts here easily. Jesse was a really nice guy and told me it was their only store in California! He said there's one in vague ass but that they're concentrated in Florida. I'm honored to have had the experience. Next time I'm getting rum raisin!
