I like an adventure, so I looked for a coffee shop in Zarautz and found Native. Arrived to find it was inside a market where it was bustling! Went to the counter to order to discover the barista is from Chicago. Random! We chatted as I waited for my coffee, which was excellent. The people of Zarautz should be stoked to have such a great coffee shop here. Can't imagine I'll ever be in the position to be in this part of the world again. Too bad.

Today was hot so a Café Frio (Cold Brew) with Oatly 'milk' was PERFECTO! Great location next to the river and right across from old town. Also only a few blocks to the train & bus station. The staff is wonderful. Nice smile to greet us. And free WiFi. Always a plus. Seating inside and outside in the open air. A must visit!
