Then the 2nd half of the evening happened. The crew went to Ft Lauderdale. Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. But no business card? Regardless, I am called at 1:30AM by my frantic daughter because she can't reach the driver. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. My daughter and her friends felt like they had no option but to take an Uber home. Serious letdown for the evening. So I paid $1200+ for a limo, plus an Uber. Very disappointing.

I had the hair brained idea of taking my gals birthday to the next level, and at the last minute I decided to call around and see what kind of offer I could get. I started with a friends company and was woken up by how pricey it was. There must be some hidden costs I can't see. But I did end up with a decent rate from A1A limos. The driver was a nice guy, he was right on time. He helped get things set up in the back so that we were good to go and comfortable. The limo itself was close to perfect. I believe we had to have our own ice ready but they had gave me a heads up on that so we were set. We had a great night. He drove us to and from a nice dinner and drinks and we blasted music and just had a great time. There is no great discount limo service. It if yer spending the money, A1A is a good call.

I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.
