In an era where Kempton Flag could just as easily have been a throwaway name for a steakhouse, a BBC Miniseries or, a minor English football club, I'm just glad they kept things literal and solved one of life's great mysteries of just where does one actually procure a flagpole and have it installed. The staff was not responsive to calls…read moreand emails, spontaneously left the office early, and used vague wording in an attempt to convince us they were competent enough to accomplish the goals we had in mind. They were not upfront about additional fees or printing limitations, in contrast with other companies we have used more recently. Oftentimes, our questions were met with condescending responses as if we were supposed to understand every detail about how printing works. Also, we agreed on a price and design via e-mail before visiting the office. When we arrived, the staff tried to quote a different price but immediately backed down when we called them on it. Unprofessional! We would not recommend Aztec Graphics to anyone who wants to get embroidered gear for a good price in a short time from nice people. 1/5 Stars might be too high given our experience with this company.
