They were polite, easy to talk to and overall gave me the best product and workmanship then any other sign business I've ever delt with and I've been dealing with sign companies for over 30 years. They ignored the fact that the city of Perth Amboy requires to get an architect stamp on the proofs to get the permit and only had me going back and forth several times over a span of 2 months to get the process even started. Once the paperwork was complete which was extremely close to getting the sign up before my grand opening they assured me it would be done by Tuesday/Wednesday when the grand opening was Thursday. I was told to wait in the office as they will work late on Wednesday and get it done. Waited till 8pm with no phone call, no email and of course no one was in the office. I drove to their office it was closed. They managed to show up the following morning and get the sign up at the last second. I told jackie i need to speak with the owner and he showed up during the grand opening to apologize and said he would make it up to me.. of course this was a lie as he was just there for his check. Joe the owner showed up to my office twice that day showed me proofs of a sign he was gonna make for me for free to make up for all the issues. The sign was never made or hung up as he promised, they cashed my check and I have never heard from the again. Joe claims he was unaware of what is going on but Jackie had informed me that she had talked to him about the architect stamp several times. This is a terrible place to get signs with their product and work being mediocre at best.
