Not honest. When we moved to the area the stem for our tire valve broke. I had a injury so I called…read moreahead of time and had a female family member bring in the tire. I knew the valve could simply be replaced by removing it from the tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) threaded inlet. Well they failed the honesty test for a simple cheap repair. She was quoted $200 to order a new TPMS and valve assembly. That's what happens when you own a car with a fancy emblem I suppose. Too bad for them I know a thing or two about cars and didn't fall for their inflated quote for an unnecessary repair. All they had to do was unscrew the valve assembly and replace it but all they cared about was screwing us over. She brought the tire to discount tire who fixed the valve for free while she waited. I wouldn't trust this shop especially if you're an "outsider" and new to the area. This was a easy repair imagine if I brought it in for a check engine light they could have really inflated the repair estimate.

I made the mistake of buying a "gift card" from him via Venmo before he did any of the work. He showed up and began to buff the scratches out of my truck. After 2 hours he messaged me to let me know that my interior was NOT a basic interior clean and needed much more. He left and said he was going to get a larger truck to come back and finish. Through conversation I offered to make up the difference by paying him more if it was more work - he said I didn't need to do that and instead offered me a refund for the inconvenience. We rescheduled the interior clean for 8/27. Since he left he has not returned nor has he refunded my money. On 8/27, 3 hours after he was to be here, I requested that my Interior service be canceled and asked for a refund via venmo or cashiers check. He said he would drop off the cash at 10am on 8/28. He has not done so. I am not even asking for a full refund - he can keep what it cost for the 2 hours to buff out the scratches. I am very disappointed that someone would take advantage of another person like this.

We used the Costco auto buying service and the GM Employee Discount program and got a great deal. Dan explained everything and was not high pressure and was a pleasure to work with. Did not have to dicker to get the best price which was very refreshing. We were very pleased that we did not have to put up with the high pressure games that other dealerships gave us. Our experience coincided with the other positive comments left before and we found them to be true.

Traveled back there the next day and met Larry who I think is the owner. Overall this was the easiest, friendliest, and most trouble free purchase (big purchase) I have ever made. No question in my mind that I would do business with them in the future. He was fair on my trade (which made my life easier) and also was fair on the purchase side. Did not Sense one ounce of bad attitude from anyone at that location which if you travel to some of the other places in IL (which I have), I can really appreciate their approach. Not including Yelp..
